Sold my watch to GWS, great customer service, professional and swift payment. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I have sold my watch to GWS.
I got the best offer than others watch traders. Very happy to recommend GWS! Best in the game

First time using GWS from a recommendation and they met all the expectations. Great service, constantly kept updated and very professional. Will use them in future.

first class service, communicated from sale to delivery
very pleased with the watch ,thank you

I was sceptical at first (in general) because it was my first time buying a time piece of this kind. However Sophie was just amazing. From trying to find a suitable option to arranging the collection. I would recommend them with no hesitation at all. I know where I’ll be returning in the future.

Matt was in constant communication and found the watch I wanted for a cheaper price than seen through other watch dealers within a day. Great service!

Recently bought a watch from them after seeing it on their Instagram page.Communication was excellent and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Booked an appointment, went down to see them and was very happy with my purchase. Even got a small discount. Watch has box and papers and great condition. Will ask them to source my next watch when the time comes!!!

Highly recommended seller!
I visited the London store in person to view and purchase a vintage Rolex watch. Customer service was great and Simon was a pleasure - we basically had a good chat about all things watches (and other topics), and his patience and service while we waited to iron out payment issues was impeccable.
The watch was even better in the metal, and I will definitely be back in touch with GWS when I am next in the market for another watch.

Service was efficient very professional and friendly. Sophie who dealt with sale is a star…👍

Sophie was really helpful and got my watch sent out straight way. She made sure I was going to be around to collect the watch. The watch itself was immaculate and I was really impressed with the product.

I have been working with GWS for 6 years now and built an elite collection that I am super proud of and it is down to these guys. They are friendly, knowledgable and work at speed. I would implore anyone looking for some wrist heat to get in touch with these guys and I very much look forward to working with them again in the very near future.

Amazing service, again, from Global Watch Shop. Matt was fantastic, made swapping my watch quick & easy!

Tried to source a brand new, recently discontinued Omega watch, for some time. Tried all kinds of jewellers, even had my local Omega boutique ring Switzerland, all to no avail. Contacted GWS and spoke with Matt on Monday, had an email saying they had sourced a brand new model at the pre discontinued price. Agreed to the deal, quick transaction, great communication from Matt and Sophie and now 2 days later the watch is here with me. They have a new customer for life

The team at GWS exceeded my expectations in sourcing the high in demand watch I wanted quickly and providing an immaculate piece. The team were helpful and diligent throughout the entire process answering all my questions promptly and leaving me with confidence and peace of mind. Knowledgeable and friendly team.. will be reaching out again for my next piece and will be recommending GWS to colleagues and friends.

Great customer service. The watch is exactly what I was looking for.
