Avoid this Company if you are an Expat
I gave Anna Mayans all the tax prep information she requested at least six weeks before tax deadline. She waited until the last week before the due date to begin working on my taxes, and then to inform me they were missing my ID certification. I was attending to a dying mother in the US at the time and was unable to provide the last minute ID certification they needed. All was finally finished in a huge last minute chaotic rush with no time for me to review a draft or any kind of explanation of why my tax bill had skyrocketed. The taxes were more than I ever paid with little or no explanation as to why and the bill was expensive. I have no confidence in Anna Mayans or her partner. I would never recommend them to anyone. For me it was a stressful scary experience that totally failed and I wouldn’t wish that on any other poor expat
