I want to share my experience with Any Visa / Global Law regarding my Schengen visa application. Despite my warning that other agents had taken my money and failed to secure TLS appointments, Any Visa promised I would get an appointment within a set timeframe. With only around five weeks before my travel date, I was continuously chasing them for updates, but they seemed to take the situation lightly and kept reassuring me that an appointment in London or Manchester was possible. Other agents had been transparent enough to admit that getting an appointment in those cities within a short timeframe was virtually impossible, yet Any Visa insisted otherwise.

I gave them a generous six weeks to secure an appointment, but they kept asking me to wait. It's important for prospective clients to note that they do not monitor appointment releases 24/7 like other agents do. Instead, they operate only during certain hours, making it highly unlikely for them to secure an appointment as soon as it becomes available.

Eventually, I decided not to risk it any longer and requested my application be cancelled. They made quite a fuss about the cancellation and only agreed to refund 50% of my payment. That’s when the real problems started. It became clear to me that they are not UK-based, but operate out of Dubai, which complicated matters further. Their lack of understanding about the UK system meant they did not cancel my application properly, which prevented me from submitting a new one through TLS. I spent over two weeks going back and forth between TLS and Any Visa / Global Law, trying to resolve the issue.

Even TLS commented that this company is causing difficulties for clients because their application process isn’t handled correctly. From the very beginning, I had doubts about their professionalism—I even had to guide them on how to fill out the application form and correct several mistakes myself.

In summary, my advice is to avoid this company at all costs. Otherwise, you may find yourself struggling as I did.

You do not need help with UK ETA visa applications. There is a free app ( gov.uk get-eta apply ) the ETA costs £16. This company charges exorbitant fees for a very very simple process. DO NOT LET THESE CROOKS TAKE YOUR MONEY

We wanted to apply for a tourist visa to Egypt, given that we have Indian passports. Global Law handled the application process for us.
