Hasti has been informative and helpful since I first started using the platform 2 weeks ago. She follows up and makes sure I am getting the best from the platform with regular check-ins and live demos. Would recommend Hasti and Glenigan for anyone working in construction sales or looking for market intelligence.

Avoid at all cost ,Glenigan rolled our contract over and although we queried this with them as we never received the renewal email but they still wouldn't budge. We have now had a legal letter and costs added .Shocking way to do business and they have zero customer skills and don't listen ..... We don't want to use them as the leads were of poor quality,we had no renewal email ,no renewal phone call and a bill for over £5000...rubbish company.......... avoid

Unfortunately, it does not address the key concerns raised in my review.

My issue is not simply that a renewal took place, but that despite querying the renewal from the outset and explaining that no renewal email was received, Glenigan has refused to exercise any discretion and has instead escalated the matter through legal channels, resulting in additional costs being added.

I also remain dissatisfied with the quality and value of the service provided. In our experience, the leads generated were of poor quality and did not justify the significant cost of the subscription. Had the service met our expectations, this situation would likely never have arisen.

Whilst you refer to your contractual processes and renewal terms, my experience as a customer was that there was no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue, understand our concerns, or reach a fair and reasonable outcome. We received no renewal phone call, no renewal email to our knowledge, and no willingness to properly engage with the concerns we raised when the matter was brought to your attention.

The response appears to rely solely on contractual terms whilst avoiding the broader concerns around communication, customer service, and the proportionality of pursuing a disputed renewal through legal action. These remain the reasons for my negative review.

I stand by my review and would encourage prospective customers to carefully review the renewal terms and cancellation provisions before entering into any agreement.100% AVOID THIS COMPANY

We Just had a educational session with Hasti, who showed us how to use the Glenigans data base, specifically for our organization. she made the search relevant to us and showed us how best to use it to give us targeted data on the customers and projects we want to work with. 10/10. i am looking forward to my next session with Hasti, as I now know there is a lot more ways Glenigans can help us expand our business

Glenigan provide a great on-boarding and follow on support through our account manager Martin and success manager Hasti. They're always available when we need them for advice or even to bounce ideas off!

Emma Shale provided an excellent service from the start. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions I have. Throughout the process, she explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. I really appreciated her attention to detail and genuine commitment to helping. It's clear that she cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

After being loyal, long-term Glenigan customers, we are incredibly disappointed with how we’ve been treated. Over the last three years, we have been unable to tie a single piece of won work to their platform, despite attending multiple training sessions. The ROI just isn't there.

Compounding the issue, we've been passed around between numerous account managers, resulting in zero consistency. When we finally decided to cut our losses and provided 6 weeks' notice to cancel, Glenigan refused. Instead, they hid behind a strict 90-day cancellation clause to auto-renew our account for another 12 months.

Forcing a long-standing client to pay for an entire year of an ineffective service is predatory. Be very careful with their contract terms—they prioritize fine print over customer relationships.
