I ordered dresses for try-on as I was dubious about whether styles would suit me, and this was handled easily and quickly!
Then, my dresses were shipped early as there were no other bookings (bonus I thought) and my try-on was voided (couldn't foresee an issue cos I had paid for try-on)
But no, when the dresses didn't suit and I asked for a refund the communication lines became dead and it was a mission, even though it was their warehouse sending dresses early that prevented me from using the try on service I had paid for.
Eventually they agreed to refund the dresses because a) their warehouse posted early, b) i paid for cancellation cover, and c) they voided my try-on by sending early. Anyway here I am 6 weeks later, no refund that they had agreed to, not store credit, barely a reply to an email anymore, and it is near impossible to get a hold of anyone. Really poor service on the other side of getting their sale $$!

Sadly I suspect this is a company at the end of its lifecycle that is unfairly milking customers for every dollar before it folds.
Got two very worn and tired dresses for an event that were honestly unwearable. When I returned them they said I had removed the tags (I hadn’t). Only when I told them I was a lawyer (because I am) I got a store credit (no thanks). Two other women I spoke to at the same wedding used the subscription service, noticed a drop quality 6 mths ago and had trouble with cancelling / were made to jump through lots of hoops. Both said they were still charged after cancelling and had to file a dispute, one said it’s still not resolved months later.

I've had a subscription with glamcorner for 2+ years now. Agree with previous reviewers that something has changed recently. The last box, I was notified something was unavailable 2 days after I selected my items, which means I had to select something else, so received it probably 5-6 days after my initial order. Compared to my first box, I remember it came the next day! I'm happy to wait if I have purchased items online but if you're only hiring for a month, then 5-6 days is significant. Then my most recent box, same thing happened but it also arrived with one item missing. 'Customer Happiness' said oh that one is not suitable for hiring right now, but it was still up on the site? I'll give them one more month...

I was missing one dress from my order, customer service wasn't too much help and would end the live chats in the middle of our conversation. I never got my refund

Something is going on at this company. I rented two dresses and paid but was informed via email a week later that they can’t fulfil the order and I could get store credit or refund.a month later I’m still waiting for the refund, and no response to my email. Have to dispute the transaction with my bank. Have not had any problems with them in the past but something weird going on there now. Avoid!!!

Bought over 1 month ago in their sale , purchased 3 items 2 we’re great 1 came without the belt , I emailed & they said they would refund, I sent the item back & they said they didn’t receive it so I sent them the tracking where it said it was received. They then said they had processed the refund this was over 1 month ago & still no refund after multiple emails, I am now going to contact fair trading

I am a long time member of Glamcorner. I love the idea of not purchasing any clothes and not contributing the fast fashion madness and still dressing up very high quality clothes. I have to go to work events often and don't have time for shopping centres. With Glamcorner membership, I get to try 3 clothes/brands every time and it is OK to make mistakes. just return and get 3 more :)

The garments I received were incredibly wrinkled and arrived in plastic packaging (like a plastic postage bag). One garment was linen, and one was satin (I didn't want to risk steaming or ironing them) plus, I think the garment should arrive 'ready to wear'. I contacted the customer care team with photos, and they happily refunded my money in full. I had an incredibly positive experience with GlamCorner and will use them again.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. Their "Customer Happiness team" is a joke. My order was addressed incorrectly and eventually it was returned to them by Australia Post. I contacted Glam Corner advising I needed the order for my daughter's formal in 3 weeks. All good. Still nothing. Contacted them again - what was the item? Won't answer the phone. Online chat redirects you to email them which takes on average 3 days to get back to you. Formal is in 2 days. Avoid them.

I have been a regular member of Glamcorner for over 2 years now and I just can't get enough. The quality of clothes is incredible (and I've had issues with other sites like The Volte) and the box turnaround is usually quick which leaves me barely without an outfit!! Love your work guys!

Love glamcorner - great customer service, ever changing wardrobe and membership options are great when you have a big summer/wedding/event season coming up. Highly recommend.

GlamCorner sustains my love of fashion by providing me with eclectic, quality choices that I may not necessarily purchase for my own wardrobe but would want to wear as a once off for an event or just because. The service is consistently excellent and what was a 3 month trial is now well and truly something I look forward to each month having been a customer for close to a year.

I have used this company a few times now, and I love it. Delivery has always been on time, and any time I have had questions I have received prompt replies. Such an easy service to use. Definitely recommend.

The fact that they’ve now turned off Google reviews is a bit telling!

Absolute awful company and shockingly bad service.

Never used to be however something internal has obviously changed. Customer for many years and only noticed in the last 6 months that things started changing. Clothes didn’t come, clothes that did come were dirty or not laundered/pressed, boxes were late, boxes that did come didn’t require signatures anymore so were left dumped places that I had to find

Customer service and experience is a joke. They refuse to refund when clothes don’t come. They say it will be 10 days but nothing happens

Beware of this company!

AVOID! Do not fall into the trap of dealing with this company - super dodgy!
The dress I paid $140 to rent was 13cm off- needless to say it didn't come close to fitting, despite the measurement chart specifying that the measurements apply to "this dress ONLY".
Worse, I explained the issue and requested a refund, no response from Glam Corner after a week. Terrible, had to go through my credit card to dispute the transaction. What a dodgy company. If you take the risk, better hope you have a decent credit card.

Selling pre-loved items, but failing to fulfil the order… bought two dresses, said they did t have stock for either.

Amazing business idea to rent our clothing. However, I requested a refund for a dress that I did not wear and am still waiting for the refund to be processed 6 weeks later. Literally requested the refund within 24 hours of receiving the dress, tags were still on etc.
Followed up with an email.... did not get a response. Really is the epitome of poor customer service.

I love Glamcorner and have been their customer for 2 years now. I got the medium membership, which is 99AUD for 3 outfits each month but you can reduce or increase your package size differently. Always feel beautiful with the majority of the clothes I got. Big plus point for me is that they have maternity clothes (expensive good quality type), which saved me big investment when pregant with my bub. I am in rural Australia but it only takes 1 week for my package to arrive. Their team are super responsive and helpful.
Only tiny downside for me was that their subscription is like gym membership, if you missed a month, it is not transferred to the next month. However, it is not a biggie, still love and be their member xx

They have an excellent range of dresses at reasonable prices. The fact that you can rent dresses for any event relieves a lot of stress from customers, and the quick and easy delivery and return process is fantastic! GlamCorner, thank you.
