We just started using Givergy and the check in process is very simple and user friendly! The backend can be a bit difficult to navigate but with time you start to figure it all out. I do wish we had a better onboarding experience as I found myself reaching out to support for things I think should have been given up front. Their customer support is very quick to respond though. Our guests have commented they like the ease of registration and we're excited to continue using it for future events.

This is a a great fundraising tool. Makes donations and purchases seemless and keeping tack of guests and table with notifications so easy. I've been using for the last 4 years and will use again next year.

Givergy was kind enough to give us the free version of their auction website as we are a small school for charity. But when it came to the auction day a lot of the features stopped working. I couldn't get a hold from anyone from Givergy as so one was answering and I had to manually do the auction on the day which was a headache and defeated the purpose of the online auction. I really want to give them another go but I'm not sure anymore

They are impossible to deal with, totally unresponsive. Avoid using them

We were very happy with Givergy at out last event. The platform has all the functionality we needed and more.

The online support was quick and responsive when we had a technical question (No AI only real people.)

Best of all the on the night remote support was paying attention and contributed ideas as the event progressed, which increased our net for the evening.

I can forgive their event software being kind of mediocre, as that's the case with most of these event platforms, but the equipment provided during our Spring Benefit was faulty across the board, and the on-site support provided was more concerned with making excuses for Givergy than problem solving. Will not be using this company again.

Givergy makes it easy to have a consistently branded event website in minutes. The team is very helpful with questions and troubleshooting for our specific needs. I hope to use them again in the future!

Very easy to use online platform for doing fundraising auctions. Love that people other than your attendees can participate, which makes the bids grow higher and higher! Whenever I have an issue, staff are quick to assist and fix or explain everything. Only issue is if you offer the option to let winners cover your charity's fee for their prize to Givergy, their charge will be much higher than they expect and there is no way to refund it. Take that option off in the back end to avoid any confusion and everything will be fine.

We’ve been working with Givergy for our Foundation Gala for four years, and it has made tracking donations significantly easier. The support team is consistently helpful and quick to assist whenever we need updates or changes to our site.

We have used Givergy’s online auction system for the past 9 years. Their platform is very easy to use and their 24/7 support team is excellent. The end product has a very professional and polished look to it and is very easy for guests to use. I have to say, Givergy were amazing!
I've previously used them at another organisation but with event support so I was a little anxious this time around doing it all myself. I had the best support from Simona throughout the lead up to my event and she walked me through the process of closing the campaign on the day. Nothing was too difficult and no hiccups closing on the day. Closing off the campaign to collect the funds was super quick and saved so much time at our event, compared to previous years. Would definitely recommend using Givergy.

The team was very helpful in assisting with the initial launch, and any questions that I had.

We purchased a 7 night trip to Berlin at a charity auction which advertised the hotel as being "world class" and in the 'bustling heart' of the city. We later found flights weren't included and we were connected with an absolutely abysmal travel agency out of the UK. The agency gave us only 2 hotel options that were far below expectations, far outside city center and were available on travel websites for $115/night. The agency was cold and unaccommodating - they wouldn't budge on the dates by even one day or discuss other hotel options. We opted to cancel the trip entirely (since we were already responsible for flights and other expenses, why go on a trip where we'd be inconvenienced with travelling 2 hours per day back and forth between the hotel and city center). We're happy to donate to the charity but the value in the trip was basically zero, and of course there was zero refund for cancelling. Paying over $6K for a $100/night hotel doesn't make sense, and that's not an experience worth investing additional money in. There was no flexibility, accommodation or customer service. We won't be dealing with this company again.

The whole process was straightforward, which is fantastic as we are a small not-for-profit charity with volunteer staff.
I did have a user issue, and the staff were brilliant and could not do enough for me. They also checked our progress along the way.
We used the silent auction, and the people bidding also found it easy and professional.
I am delighted to recommend the company and service.
