I bought shoes at this store with an 80% discount. The order was not processed for 3 days. On the fourth day, the seller wrote to me that someone had mistakenly set too big discounts on their website and offered to pay me another 30% of the cost of the goods. Not only is such shifting responsibility to buyers a violation of all trade rules, but I also waited 3 days for a refund from them. The seller at best responds once to 3 sent requests. I strongly do not recommend shopping at this boutique. Please note that out of 6 reviews, 4 are negative. This means a lot.

I bought on their website three times and I always found it very good. Delivery on the pre-established day without the slightest delay. The garments arrived in perfect condition and without problems. I had to return a garment once because of the size I chose incorrectly and everything went well. I recommend this site for the purchase of medium-high garments and for the availability of the staff in charge of the site

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. Initially, they offered to refund my shipping costs, which seemed like a nice gesture. Shipping was 70 Euro (!), much higher than other Italian boutiques. However, after I received the item, they went back on their word and denied the refund. I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, but their response was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t honor their commitments. I won’t be shopping here again and would advise caution to anyone considering making a purchase.

I have bought an expensive jacket from them, although it did not fit. Tried to arrange a return, but they did not respond at all. Then I returned it myself to them via post, the tracking information showed that they got the return, contacted them again, but still no response. I will have to look for a further assistance, with help from authorities.

N'achèterez jamais sur ce site! Ils ne retournent pas les marchandises, violant les règles lors de l'achat dans les magasins en ligne. J'ai acheté le manteau, ce manteau ne me convenait pas, je voulais la rendre (j'ai le droit de changer d'avis pendant 14 jours). Ils ont refusé de faire un remboursement, expliquant que je n'avais pas le droit de «changer d'avis»!

Non comprare mai su questo sito! Non restituiscono la merce, violando le regole quando si acquista dai negozi online. Ho comprato il cappotto, questo cappotto non mi andava bene, volevo restituirlo (ho il diritto di cambiare idea per 14 giorni). Si sono rifiutati di effettuare un rimborso, spiegando che non avevo il diritto di "cambiare idea"!
