We purchased a replacement oven from Gillman’s in Gloucester. Dave was great from the start, answering all our questions and making everything easy. Collected it today — excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Good customer service
The first microwave delivered stopped working the 2nd time I used it, but Gillmans sent a replacement within a few days. The replacement has a dent in the back but this doesn't appear to affect the convection oven so I'm not too worried about this, unless it causes problems with the grill or microwave.

The only negative thing was the electronic messaging service to say something about tracking - I couldn't understand a word of it.

Nice showroom. Makes a difference actually seeing things not just online. Also nice to speak with a real person who knows the appliances first hand and was able to give good advice unlike most call handlers at the online retailers. Really glad to have found Gillmans.
