Consistent support
The product I ordered was not delivered at the time promissed. I blamed Gil-Lec for this, however it turned out to be due to misinformation from the manufacturer. Gil-Lec then suggested an alternative solution and also continued to purse my original order - which was eventually fulfilled.

Placed order on Friday and was surprised to receive it the following day, Saturday, was expecting Monday, was able to crack on with the job sooner.
