GIGAREFURB Arvostelua 

Bought this Dell for a friend, as I have had a good experience on the past with Gigarefurb and they did not disappoint this time. Delivered next time, nicely packaged. Laptop was in great condition considering price paid. All worked well and friend was happy as I am as I was the one to recommend.

I have purchased used IT equipment before from Gigarefurb and have been 100% satisfied. This time I was slightly disappointed, although the laptop I bought is exactly as describe, including the A1 excellent condition, and everything functions well. The disappointing bit was (1) the delivery was delayed (it's near Christmas, I understand the couriers are busy...) and the communication around the delay was a bit too slow. (2) The packaging was disappointing: The laptop was safe, but the box was held together with a single piece of tape - and that had snapped when it arrived. It could easily just have tipped out. Apart for these two things, everything is excellent as usual!

Dell laptop purchased, was as described on website, good price, delivered quickly despite being amongst Xmas rush. Item was nicely and safely boxed, condition was clean and met my expectation. It was a clean start and the machine works faultlessly. Only had for a few days but have previously bought off Gigarefurb and recommended to others without issue so I am sure this will be similar

This is my 2nd purchase in 2 years. safe, reliable and the best value for money around. it’s 2 monitors I have bought, I wish I had come to you before buying a laptop. I will be back!

The services was extremely bad.
I placed an order with number 1550 5415 477 459 and I got a message my order was delivered without me getting the order. I called the DPD delivery shop concerning the order and I was told that the postcode was wrongly typed by the GigaRefurb team. Now I have to start putting calls through to them to correct the postcode before my order can be shipped again, imagine the time and money lost. Their service is really wack

The laptop was graded A1 so I was not expecting any problems but there is a whirring noise from inside the machine that persists until laptop is turned off. I've contacted company to return. Hopefully it will be fixed or refunded in full and that process will be straightforward. I'll post an update in due course.

Monday...I've made contact asking when my laptop will be collected and have heard nothing. So not getting a good feeling about this company so have messaged again and asked for a refund once laptop has been collected but I've have had no communication back at all. So now changed from 2 star to 1 star.

Monday evening and finally a full response and apology for delayed reply. Free return and full refund offered. Hopefully this will be quick process. Back to 3 stars

So last week my refund was being processed. This is their email to me from 20th September "We have started processing the refund it should show within your account today or within the next couple of days."
28th September.
Still no refund. Won't be recommending this company.
On 28th I got this reply
"I have escalated this to the director now as I have requested you refund to be completed a numerous amount of times. I have been informed that it has been processed but I will update you once I get confirmation.
Really sorry about this, it shouldn't have taken this long."

1st October. Still no refund.

Finally got refund once I threatened to publish their poor services and delayed responses on Twitter.

Am very dissatisfied and disappointed The laptop I purchased for my son has a non functional battery. Its totally flat If its fully charged it only last for 10 minutes.
Unfortunately it was delivered straight to the person who was supposed to take it out of the country so she didn't bother testing it. I would have returned it. Imagine the costs. £449. This is really bad.

It was a great pleasure working with Gigacycle and I remain impressed by the quality of their work, thoroughness of research, follow up diligence, organizational skills, and client interaction skills.

Laptop was received on time and as described although not set up correctly the support team were very helpful in overcoming the issue.

Just received Lenovo ThinkPad, very pleased with service and delivery from UK to Spain. No problems with machine so far.
