Lovely reed diffusers
Great communication and very speedy delivery.
The flower diffusers are absolutely beautiful I have purchased quite a lot of these for myself and as presents they smell lovely and last ages I don't buy from anywhere else.
When we visit Scotland I always head to the gift company shop at Livingston shopping centre.
Would definitely recommend never disappointed.

Would like to just come on here and say exceptional customer service at the bluewater store! I was after something very specific but unfortunately it's no longer stocked but the staff who were absolutely lovely went above and beyond to see if it can be located at the chatham branch but unluckily it wasn't but I'm so grateful for Hayley and Sara and also the staff at chatham dockside for even looking for me and trying to find it. They did however help me decide on another item instead which is going to be a very valuable present for my husband. Thank you again ladies!

Very quick delivery. Order packaged will. The diffusers smell amazing and are very reasonably priced for the scent throw they produce. The lemongrass and ginger is my all time favourite.

In store and online assistance
I saw something in store but I was I unable to buy as going into a show and unable to take bags into it.
The lady was really helpful in the shop and gave me the web address to order on line.
I did this on the Sunday and the goods arrived by the Tuesday.
Extremely good service and quality of the items.

Long lasting lovely scent
Received this as a gift in October wonderful scent that carried on for ages . So have bought a replacement in the same scent . Have bought many reed diffusers from different companies in the past this one has lasted the longest

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered…
This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered online . This time the package came with a broken candle ( lots of little bits of glass). Maybe packaging needs to be looked at. First time the room fragrance top was loose and had spilled over whole parcel. Probably safer going to shop to pick stuff up

fantastic little gift.
I live in Scarborough where it is difficult to purchase items due to lack of decent shops. This gift is for my daughters birthday and because she has seen similar in my house I know she will like it.
