Yet another Gift Card not received
Signed up to ID Mobile with promise of £45 Gift Card within 120 days of purchase. This has came and went. Followed the instructions to get the Gift Card to the letter at time of purchase. Emailed Gift Cloud several times through the link given and get the same automated response- and no further replies. It's been a month since I first chased this up. Disgraceful company that will be reported. Only took out the ID Mobile Sim to get the gift card as there are other cheaper options out there.
Promised to fix the problem but nothing happened
Tried to contact giftcloud by email about my Vodafone (on 9th) broadband problem. No one cared. After a week I left a review here where giftcloud responds was they need a bit more details. Once I gave them they updated they reply to confirming they will email the voucher in 24 hours. Well that one was more than 96 hours ago.
I did updated my review as well after 2 day to let them know still nothing but probably that notification been missed.
So here I’m again. I give 2 stars as they “tried” and contacted me,but the original problem still there.
Once it’s sorted I can give 5stars as well.

My wife (who works for the NHS) ordered a phone via blue light link for carphone warehouse where you get £80 Amazon voucher via giftcloud back in January 2026. She got all confirmation emails for the voucher but still yet to receive it.
Initial email said 60 days and it’s now been over 90 days. Their communication is Non Existent. She has had NO responses to the two tickets raised and multiple follow up emails.
Disgusting company with how they are treating NHS staff orders with ZERO customer service support. Giving 1 star as Trustpilot doesnt allow 0 stars! Frankly they deserve minus 5 stars...

So it was a real surprise to find an email for a £50 voucher frm them, what a lovely gesture towards their customers. Better Internet service/Customer service than Three Broadband & much better price than virgin, I would definitely recommend them. A*

Useless- any companies that use this service treat as a scam as they don't perform. Each of of 6 emails over a long period comes with an autamted reply ONLY (see below). No action. Steer clear.

Problem resolved with informative updates.
After waiting 6 months for my gift card I contacted gift cloud. I gave them all the information and they kept me updated all the way through the process as they try to find what had happened to it (a £70 Amazon gift card). I received weekly, if not, fortnightly updates telling me the process was still being looked into and eventually was resolved. All communication was polite and informative. Thank you very much for resolving my problem.
Owed a voucher from them
Owed a voucher from them. Waited 120 days as instructed and then submit a claim to ask where it was. Given the line that they'll respond in 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago. They ignore emails to the only address I've been able to find. Their FAQs only tell you to submit another claim. Appalling. It feels like a case of false advertising and they are just hoping their 'customers' get bored chasing them.

Totally unbelievable
I should have received my £25 TSB Amazon voucher by 22 March, yet despite raising a ticket with the company, I have been fobbed off with the excuse ‘we’re really busy and hope to get back to you in 48 hours’. That was over 3 weeks ago. Totally untrustworthy . I completed everything that was asked of me yet Giftcloud have let me down. Bitterly disappointed. PLEASE redeem yourselves and send me my voucher.
24+ hrs later and no giftcard
Following on from my previous review - The automated reply seems to be a lie. More than 24 hours have passed and still no gift card received. Received emails since to say it will be there within 24 hours after carphone warehouse confirming my purchase but still nothing. Does anyone ever get their giftcards or is it just a scam?? Just to add my order was placed 81 days ago via blue light offer as I am a NHS worker!!!

Was supposed to receive a £150 voucher, it didn't arrive. Completed the form on Giftcloud's website and received an automated confirmation but nothing else.

I strongly advise caution with this company.
The process starts with an email claiming you’ve been awarded a gift card. You’re then directed to a website to “redeem” it, where they collect your name, email, and mobile number.
Next, they claim your application is taking longer than expected and ask you to check your email. You then receive another message ( from “RewardsPass”) prompting you to claim Mastercard gift cards.
At this stage, they request highly sensitive personal information, including:
* Date of birth
* Home address
* A “secret word” (often used for security verification)
This is where it becomes extremely concerning.
this information is then used fraudulently including opening mobile contracts or virtual credit accounts in your name. I strongly recommend checking your credit file if you’ve engaged with them.
I have reported this activity to relevant authorities, and investigations appear to be ongoing. However, accountability seems limited, and action so far has been minimal.
Bottom line: do not engage, do not provide personal details, and avoid this entirely.

Wrote a review on April 10th, as I still haven't received my £150 gift card for signing up to Vodafone Broadband. They replied on here, saying I would get my voucher within 24hrs. Well... here we are 72hrs later... still nothing. Tried contacting directly... still no reply. Feel fobbed off on here, just to placate the situation, but still not fixed!

I applied in November 2025 for a TSB account, a a promotion was on to receive a gift voucher from Giftcloud. Waited 3 months, still not received. I have tried emailing Giftcloud customer service 3 times and they just ignore my emails.
Steer clear of Gift Cloud
If you see an offer of a gift card from Gift Cloud don't bother ordering anything as this company will never send out your reward and the only reply to emails you will get is an automated response saying they are receiving a lot of email surprise surprise. I have sent multiple emails and filled in numerous online claim forms over months and months but never once received a human response. Worst company EVER.
Failure to receive gift card
I purchased Vodafone Broadband in December 2025 and through this company was due to receive a £155 gift card after 120 days.
I contacted them on the 30th March and sent an email with a messaged being received advising that they had a two day reply estimate but in busier periods this could take longer.
I left it a couple of weeks to see if anything was communicated and sadly it wasn't and so sent another email, with nothing received in reply and tried contacting them through the website again also, and sadly still nothing received back other than another message saying that an average reply takes two days etc.
Overall this has been a very disappointing experience with the company, the two ticket numbers I have as reference are 642923 and 646542. Seeing the other reviews I sadly think this is a common experience.
Overall I'm very disappointed about this whole experience.

Still waiting for an £80 Amazon voucher after a purchase from Carphone Warehouse. Tried to contact support, been nearly a whole month, still no response.
This direct mis-selling and false advertising is definitely a breach of consumer law.

No reply after 10 days. Poor business. They are also making the lead provider look bad too.
