I am immensely impressed by these guys!
I could not find my giant bike listed on their website, so I reached out to their email address, to receive a response within a couple of hours.
After a brief email conversation, Elaine ensured my model was listed and available to view parts for!
So impressed. These guys will be my first-stop for any future parts I need.
Thank you so much, Elaine, 💜
Super quick to deliver and outstanding after sales support!
I broke the ebike lock on my Giant Fastroad e2+ and was able to source on from Giant spares. It was a special order, but it was shipped in record time. Unfortunately the Australia Post truck caught fire, after a emailing the Giant support number, they sprung into action, posted another lock and claimed it through Royal Mail. Thank you kindly for all your help!
