I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but there isn't a single option to do so on either the website or the desktop app. I've also tried contacting support multiple times by email, but they have completely ignored my messages.

It feels like a trap. I am currently being charged for a service that I am desperately trying to cancel, yet there is simply no way to do it. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

They’re charging $16/month for this. In 2026? That’s absurd. You can get Claude — which is light-years ahead — for the same price or better. Real app integrations. Smarter reasoning. Actual coding ability. Constant improvements.

Verdict:
If you have a lifetime deal like I do, it’s a paperweight. If you’re paying $16/month, you’re being left behind. Skip it. Go with Claude or literally any modern alternative. Voila had a moment — that moment is over.
