Hey Monika. I would need a bit more context to see where things went wrong but it sounds like you claimed your Grass tokens for stage 1 and for some reason don't have them in your wallet. I assume you practice good wallet security so as long as it's not compromised, theres one of two ways we can look into this further for you. Either get support on Grass dashboard (green bubble bottom right) or get connected with Grass community in discord and chat with us there!

Hey Novica! Sorry you're having trouble claiming, I might be able to provide some insight here. When it comes to claiming those stage 1 rewards, you'll need to head to the Grass foundation site:
https://www.grassfoundation.io and connect your wallet. As long as you have access to the wallet and it's the same one verified on the account, there shouldn't be any issues! If there are...you can try: clearing cache/cookies, trying different browser, trying the mobile version of the wallet provider. (Just to let ya know, Grass distributed 100m tokens to about 2m users for the first airdrop!)

If none of those things work Id recommend reaching out to support at getgrass.io and clicking on the green bubble on the bottom right and/or getting connected to the Grass discord community for further discussion!

Hey Jasim! Apologies you're having trouble getting your wallet situated on the website. 2 things, Id recommend download the desktop app instead of using the extension (2x points and extension will be getting depreciated as stage 2 rolls along) and I would recommend joining the Grass discord to get some more support about the wallet connection issue you're having. Sometimes clearing cache/cookies, trying in incognito mode or a different browser/wallet can solve the issue. I would definitely recommend joining the Grass discord! Hey Tim! Thats super frustrating that you aren't able to get in touch. Here's what Im gonna recommend, give our discord a visit and see if you can get some support there. Sometimes the Giga agent on the website isn't able to get you connected to a live agent. Theres always moderators available in the discord so someone is always ready to help🌱

Grass is a network of millions of people who are earning rewards for sharing unused internet bandwidth with the Grass network. The great thing is you don't have to be well versed in AI or the technology to benefit. Participating is really easy and it really only takes 3 clicks and you're all set. Grass has been up to some pretty incredible things lately, in fact stage 1 recently concluded on October 28th and 100,000,000 tokens were distributed to about 2 million users! I'd recommend joining the Grass discord if you'd like to discuss further with the community. Theres a ton of resources there including a great blog post "Grass 101" which can also be found by visiting getgrass.io.

Hey fellow grasser!

Really stoked you've been earning during stage 2! Sorry for the confusion and Id love to provide some further information for you if thats cool. Rewards are distributed at the end of the stage, and the stage consists of many epochs. Once the epoch ends those points are then stored in the rewards tab, so don't worry they're safe.

Hope that clears some things up! Keep doing what you're doing and thanks for the support as we make our way through stage 2. Id love for you to join in on some fun discussion in the Grass discord and clarify any questions/concerns you have moving forward. Don't hesitate to reach out!

Hey Jose!

I'd say the best place to get support is the Grass discord. Really great community that can offer so much knowledge and guidance. If you need more specific support you can always head to the dashboard and click on the green bubble to get support. If the chat agent can't solve your issue you will be directed to a live agent for further troubleshooting!

Also wanted to clarify a few things regarding rewards! If you met the eligibility requirements in stage 1 (500pts in any epoch and verified wallet by Oct 14th) you can claim those rewards here ---> grassfoundation.io until January 15th, 2025. It sounds like you've been earning a little bit since stage 2 has started. You're earning points every epoch (on epoch 3 now) and points are then stored in the rewards tab. Stage 2 consists of many epochs and after the stage is over you'll get rewarded!

I hope that provided a little more clarity Jose. If you want to get connected I would recommend visiting getgrass.io and scrolling to the bottom to visit the official X page or Grass discord!

Great question. Points themselves can't be sold as they do not have any value. If you happen to earn rewards at the end of stage 2 you can certainly do as you wish with them! Epoch 2 has come to an end with your points being saved in the rewards tab and epoch 3 has started so you have more time to earn!

I would highly recommend checking out getgrass.io to learn more about Grass and also getting connected with the community discord. Would love to see you there Wassim.

Totally agree with you! Not only is Grass rewarding users for their unused internet bandwidth, we're also (you) taking back control of the internet! We're currently on a mission to create an entire knowledge graph of the web which will be the backbone of LCR (live context retrieval). This will allow an LLM or any model and you need data in real time, plug it into Grass, and…it’ll have online capabilities. Where it gets even better is all this data is verified on the blockchain, so none of it can be tampered with or poisoned. This is truly a step into the future of AI and I'm super excited you're here for the ride!

In fact, Grass had its first airdrop on Oct 28th, 2024 with 100,000,000 tokens to over 2m users. The conclusion of stage 1 was a major milestone in the development of Grass and brought 100,000,000 tokens to about 2m users! I totally hear ya and want to clear some things up! The daily Grass points shown on your dashboard are estimates. At 12 AM UTC each day, a calculation updates your actual Grass Points. This process can take several hours, during which your Grass Points may temporarily disappear before reappearing once the calculation is complete. Regular recalculations ensure fair and accurate rewards!

It's weird at first when you see it because your points just vanish but no need to worry, they return! Sometimes the dashboard can take a little bit of time to reflect the changes. If you want to discuss more I would totally recommend hanging out with the Grass discord community. Really active bunch, super helpful and it's honestly a great time. I do hope I see ya in there!

I see where you're coming from. Rewards were distributed based on contribution to the network and the earlier your participated the better you made out. With less users earlier on it was much easier to get higher tiers in that alpha epoch and also easier to get referrals! That being said, theres still plenty of rewards to go around and stage 1 was really just the beginning, not the end. This resource on how stage 1 rewards were distributed should help a little bit and I would also check out the rest of the gitbook, it's super informative!
