2-year warranty

All safes are covered by statutory consumer warranty in accordance with applicable regulations.

In case of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the Product, at no additional cost. Where legally applicable, the Customer may request a price reduction or contract termination with a corresponding refund.

We are responsible for conformity defects that appear within 24 months from delivery. Claims may be exercised within 26 months from the delivery date.

These people are the worst

These people are the worst. Their safes break within a few weeks. Customer service is terrible.

Great experience. The delivery arrived sooner. The safe is solid, well manufactured and working exactly as intended. A fantastic product. Hghly recommended, very serious company.
