Sollte jemand einmal auf die Idee kommen und bei Genevo.com einen Radarwarner oder sonstiges bestellen wollen, rate ich hiermit dringend ab. Bestellungen werden via email kommuniziert- Vorschläge gemacht und wenn man es dann bestellt, kommt die Ware nicht an. Es wird mit 1-3 Tagen Lieferzeit geworben die nie eingehalten wird bzw. gar nichts ankommt beim Kunden. Weiters wird auf Nachfrage wo nun die Ware bleibt nicht reagiert. Überweist bitte nichts via Kreditkarte. Obwohl schon seit einem Monat immer wieder schriftlich urgiert, passiert nichts. Das einzige was bleibt, ist die Kreditkartenfirma mit allen Details zu informieren und das Geld zurück zu holen.
Der Support von Genevo ist der schlechteste den ich je erlebt habe.
Ruft man die Servicenummer an, hebt nie jemand ab oder ruft zurück.
Der angepriesene Chat funktioniert auch nicht.
