I love this company. They provide a fabulous array of products, not just outstanding jewellery. From ordering to delivery, if you need help or want to return. You have 30 days to do so, no questions, no problem. I've always had a very positive experience with this company, from educational shows to wonderful homewears. Ordered pink topaz earings
Ordered pink topaz earings. The clips were a struggle to meet up. So I proceed to put earing hooks on. The nx day I opened the box with anti tananish paper in. 1 earing was completely black on one side of the silver and 1 claw. I did phone and let them know everything. Was going to have a replacement. But first try jewellery cleaner. ( which I knew would not work). Phoned customer services today and couldn't have a replacement none in stock. And was told because I had altered them I probably wouldn't get a refund. They would send them back. Very disappointed. Not only have I lost the money. I have no descent earings.
I have been happy before. But these are not all silver. I've got a ring to match. I can't believe they would send out poor quality jewellery. Linda.... 3rd call...
Re... I did phone customer services and never got anywhere because I had started to alter them into earing hooks.. I understand that. But your jewellery shouldn't turn black. As you said I have been a customer for quite some time. If the earing was black before I started to alter them, they would have been returned. It was a shock to me when I took them out with the anti tanish paper, That the earing was black. When I say black I mean black.
Anyway I have ordered something to coat it with so I hope it works. Thanks for Yr reply Linda.
By the the way. They were £19.99. Not 18.00 as was told by Customer services
