Extremely helpful right through from sales to getting it all organized and delivery- wonderful to deal with through the whole process special thanks to the Bateua Bay store you guys are all awesome!

I was told my furniture would take 2 weeks to arrive after waiting 7 weeks i contacted them they said they were trying to phone me and that the number i provided them must have been wrong i was also told they would give me a refund because of the amount of stuffing around they had caused me but i received nothing my furniture finally arrived and most of the boxes were damaged and of course that meant that the furniture had been damaged also i contacted them with photo evidence they told me they didnt receive the photos (funny enough they did receive the email containing the photos) i resent the photots with a full description of the damages and they wont even reply to me think im going to take this to fair trading Very,Very unreliable company and i am a Very,Very angry ,unhappy customer.I only give them 1 star as you can't give 0 stars

I now have 4 products through geddit and they have been awesome through the entire process. Zach at penrith has been absolutely the best

Great customer service
answered all my questions

Fast service and excellent customer service

Poor customer service
Not returning calls
Slow delivery times

Geddit have been very helpful towards me and even when i have been short on a payment as long as i called and let them know it was okay. All thw staff are friendly and helpful and i couldnt recommend them enough. For someone like me who is on a pension they can really help you get those things you normally couldnt afford

I recently purchased a computer at geddit. The staff were all very pleasant & efficient. I would like to thank Ben Hewitt in particular. Ben processed the entire transaction whilst supplying some very useful tips. I would not hesitate to recommend geddit to anyone.

Very professional, friendly salesman ‘Ben hewitt’ Of bay village shop

I have been treated with disrespect, I honestly understand I'm behind in payments, but I have tried to explain my situation but my situation is not good enough to you guys like I have been scammed out off all my money, I have a baby due in 2 weeks I've been in and out of hospital due to the stress of this I have been having complications with my pregnancy, I've also been homeless so please can I be left alone for a bit

Great service great team work thank you to Blake for a great TV we love it

Again the staff at stocklands shellharbour never cease to amaze.. friendly & extremely helpful !

Excellent customer service and communication at Campbelltown store

Even though i have had issues with a problem with washing machine .. I must admit they have gone beyond helping me ... I give credit to the the manager @ team at marcarther square outlet .. for their understanding and helpfullness ...i know this problem will be resolved

Zac at the Penrith store was so lovely, knew his stuff, & gave me the right advice. Zac put my application threw & said he would call me once he had an answer & he did, the process was very easy & a pleasure to do business with Geddit & Zac
