I ordered two shirts with a specific logo and two different colors. The ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time and when I opened it, I was impressed with the quality of the shirt and more so with the quality of the print and logo. After wearing both shirts I was about to fuss at my wife for shrinking my new red shirt in the wash only to find out I had accidently ordered the wrong size. one was a large and the other was an XL. I communicated with the company and once it was clear that I need an XL they sent me an invoice for the amount to replace the shirt and did not want me to send the other shirt back. That kind of service and response is what I call excellent customer service. No issues at all. Highly recommend this company for all your print needs.

Fraudulent site selling copyright brands that harm the end user and the brands they steal. Their phone numbers and emails are fake. Do not buy from this company or any of their affiliates as all their business is a scam from far off countries who only wish to harm people and take your money.

I was told by the company that they will NOT talk to you and the only way to communicate is via email. I sent communications to the "LEGAL" email and it bounces back. They are a complete scam. No one will talk to you even though the CEO of the company who created the GearLaunch.com platform is Thatcher Spring, a real person in Silicon Valley who raised 55MM to create a company that permits Fraud on thier platform with no way to resolve.

This company was extremely prompt at getting back to me. Also lovely when it came to the fact that I had ordered the incorrect size. Beautiful product as well. Not only well made but the print on it was impeccable.

Got my shirt in good time, but I felt it might have been a bit too small for the recipient. Got in touch with the company and they sent a replacement for only a small fee, and I didn't need to send the first one back. Totally delivered on what was promised and my friend LOVED the shirt!

I have just submitted my 29th takedown request for stores on the GearLaunch platform selling unauthorised merchandise featuring copyright artwork and logos taken from my business.

29 different stores popped up in the last 6 months.

Although the platform does respond to these takedown requests, its basically 'whac-a-mole' - as soon as one gearlaunch store is shut down, another one opens up, selling the same sh**y quality rip-off merchandise to an unsuspecting public. And GearLaunch gets a cut of every sale.

There may be legit artists and manufacturers using gearlaunch to sell their products. But the simple fact is that the platform takes no responsibility for monitoring and curtailing the illegal content that exists on the platform.

Do not sell your work through gearlaunch.
Do not buy anything from a site that is 'powered by gearlaunch'.

Its a scam.

My order arrived on time and customer service was quick to respond with updates. The t-shirts are sized to fit and they are awesome! I highly recommend them :):)

I inquired about my order on trying to get a tracking number. The response was very quick. Followup to ensure I had any issues with my order.

Had a problem receiving an order. Despite having the tracking number, no one seemed to be able to locate it. UPS and even the local post office gave me the run around for over a month. Finally I contacted the company and they promptly gave me a replacement, I had it withing 1 week. Had the post office did a better investigation and realized it was not on the truck, I would have notified them earlier. I could have got the run around but I did not. Totally satisfied with their response and the mug. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

Had a problem with my order where one of the shirts was not available. Dana in customer service was helpful in assisting me with my questions, in ordering a new shirt, and issuing a partial refund ( new shirt was a bit cheaper). I would do business with this company again!

This is a scam company, not getting any response, tracking number is fake and never received merchandise! Buyer beware!!!!

I had a question about the ship I serviced on, they got back to me the next day. I ordered a mug, they keep me informed about it. When it was made and the shipping date.

My experience was more then I expected the mugs were safely packed great. And I will continue to look forward to shopping with your company soon.

Product is great. My husband absolutly loved the design. Customer service was outstanding. I contacted them about the shippment. It arrived bit late due to Holidays.. For certain will recomend them to my friends. It was very unique gift!

Contacted seller with a question of where my order was. Got a reply same time mine was sent. Reply stated not send any more question as it would delay service. Got email that they were being shipped and date to expect.
Quality was great and t-shirts arrived 3 days early. Can't thank them enough for thier customer service.
