The service I received from Gear Zone was very good. I was very happy with the price I paid for my North Face jacket and its despatch and delivery was speedy and efficient. Great service all round and I would use Gear Zone again without hesitation.

Bought the Rab Summit Jacket to keep out those unseasonally cold nights. Swift service and delivery. Brilliant supplier and brilliant kit.

good communication throughout..

Ordered my walking boots at 1.30pm, delivered by 10.00am the next day. Plenty of delivery options with the courier service once ordered, sent by text. Very impressed.

The website was easy to navigate and find what I wanted, the description was clear, and delivery was really quick.

First time buyer and ordered new tent pegs, that came the next day.

I purchased a heart rate monitor from Gear Zone, one that I had researched and had very good reviews. Gear Zone's price was the lowest by far, the product details on the website were informative and purchasing it was very easy. My order was dispatched very quickly and I received it in good time and in perfect condition. I would definitely use this company again.

We got an excellent price and we got the goods really quickly so we would definitely use Gear Zone again.

Very pleased with all aspects of this transaction. Great product, great price and great delivery service. Would recommend gear-zone to anyone.

Great item. Quick delivery and £13 cheaper than anywhere else...

There is no much to say. The goods I bought were delivered on time. No need to contact the seller.

... great product, great price, great service. Would use them again.

Great price and the delivery and service was first class

I found their price to be the best available, the web site easy to use and delivery was quick and well communicated through their courier.
I was concerned that I'd ordered the wrong size and they were courteous and helpful on the phone.
Very pleased, would use them again without question

Received my order in less than 24 hours, free delivery and a good deal on the item I wanted, good quality item was well described, plenty of sizes in stock, will definitely consider using them again in the future.

i was hoping to be able to give feed back for this company , as in my view the service was fantastic , i had never used them before and i am totally taken aback for their attention to detail . i received an upto date email on every step of my order from inception to delivery, even to the point that i was given a 1hr delivery slot and a contact number if this wasnt acceptable the day before - and the product arrived within that time frame ! brilliant
the returns policy was just as clear -and had i had to use it ( as i did not as the boots were exactly what i ordered) i have no doubt the service would have been just as good .
more to the point the boots were also cheaper off gear zone than the manufacturers website !
all in all i would highly recommend gear zones service and web site as out of i would have given them 10 and will certainly use again
