Fantastic!

next day delivery included, fantastic pre-sales support when trying to work out which part to get, called sales and was called back by their technical team within a few minutes and an answer + choices!

Generic part arrived, was very reasonably priced and works, unlike the Cisco parts originally supplied from elsewhere.

Failure to deliver on time

Failure to deliver the product as paid for on a pre-1pm delivery.

Whilst this was a DHL problem, I purchased from gbics.com so non-delivery becomes their problem.

GBICS takes full responsibility for successful delivery of every order placed. Although ultimately GBICS is not in complete control of the delivery process. Instead we choose to work with DHL as one of the most reliable UK & European next day delivery couriers.

Unfortunately despite every effort, from time to time a delivery issue will arise. GBICS in any such instance however takes full responsibility. We contact the courier company and work with them to arrange a successful delivery ASAP. While keeping the customer updated at every stage.

In this particular instance yesterday when a Pre 1pm delivery didn’t arrive GBICS contacted DHL. The DHL adviser contacted the individual courier driver, who advised the road the delivery address was on was in fact closed for road works. GBICS following communication with the customer then arranged for DHL to prioritise a 2nd re-attempted delivery for ASAP and a delivery was successfully made later the same day.
