I would definitely recommend this company. The product and service is first class. From ordering to delivery there were no issues and communication was very responsive. My gazebo was professionally installed by Zak & Maris who offered advice on the best location and explained the operation of the gazebo functions. All packaging was removed and they even offered to place the garden furniture back onto the decking.

We order our 2 gazebos and various other items of furniture. However we had to get our garden ready first. The team were very patient whilst our hard landscapes done and we had decided to change a couple of items later on. This was all handled very well and the team at the warehouse were very helpful.
On the day of delivery Zak & Manny came to deliver and erect the gazebos. They did an excellent job and worked very hard even thought it was extremely hot. They both returned the next day to finish off and erect our outdoor kitchen. Both were very kind and helped us decide on positioning of the various units- moving them around for us to allow us to see different options. They were both courteous and very hard working and we were impressed with their great customer service. Thank you Zak & Manny.

Ordered a parasol base and it arrived in three days. It’s a great base with castors and different parasol mounting holes. The item is very heavy at 90kg but the delivery driver was brilliant. Took great care not to scratch the base and manhandled it to the rear of my property. So grateful for this as I would never have lifted it. Thanks for a pleasant experience with the company and many thanks to the driver.

Ordered a Sherwood picnic table online. The item was delivered promptly and we were pleased to see that it was of excellent quality. Unfortunately after a couple of months use one of the table top panels became warped. We contacted The Garden Furniture Centre to see if they could possibly send us a replacement panel. Unbelievably they went one better and sent us a complete new table top. This level of customer care has left us in no doubt that we will use this company again. Thank you Garden Furniture Centre.

I ordered conservatory furniture for my mother a couple of weeks ago. As we live in Scotland it was not possible to visit the store and look at the quality and the selection ourselves. It was therefore essential to read and trust the reviews and as they were positive we decided to 'take a chance'.
Spoke to Billie, who was friendly and professional. Told that the order would take up to 4 weeks. It only took 2.
There was a slight issue with the delivery but this was rectified immediately. Rob couldn't have been friendlier.
The delivery guy Alan was also great.
Finally, my mum is very happy with the quality, she says that she has never sat in such comfortable cushions and she LOVES the footstool!
I highly recommend this Garden Furniture Centre.

I have only 1 recommendation. It was difficult to really guage the colours of the cushions online. The icons are tiny! I'm sure I could have ordered a sample but I didn't have the patience to wait for that!!

Driver took parcel to site

I bought a 210cm diameter replacement canopy for my 25 year old teak garden parasol. The old one was good but had holes in it.

The replacement is excellent quality, with a tough fabric and leather pockets to put the arms of the parasol into. Fits perfectly and looks better than the original did when that was new!

I will be buying from here again.

My husband telephoned to order 2 50kg parasol bases. One for us and one for our neighbour. Very friendly and efficient, sorted quickly and told him we would be advised when it would be delivered. We were phoned the day before and told we would be contacted one hour before delivery. No time could be given. The driver was lovely. Kind, friendly and very helpful. He unloaded the bases and took ours right round into the back garden and put in place. He then did the same for our neighbours. In today’s ’drop it off and run’ society it is refreshing to find someone who still believes in personal service. This man is a credit to the company and the staff and parasol bases are excellent too.

We had a lovely day out visiting the centre in order to purchase replacement cushions for our cane rocking chairs

I bought a 3m cantilevered parasol from the Garden Furniture Centre. The item seems to be very good quality and was delivered very promptly.
I had also assumed that the parasol would just be delivered to my front drive. However the delivery driver (Manny) not only brought it and a 90kg base around to the spot I had planned for it, he also assembled the parasol, showed me how to work it and took away every scrap of packaging.
The level of service I received far exceeded my expectations.
I wouldn’t hesitate to make another purchase from this company.

Great service. Bought the Turino Parasol. It’s really heavy duty. Really easy to install. High quality materials. Very easy to put up / down. Takes 2 minutes. Very happy with the product. I’ve just bought another one to provide more consistent shade in a south facing garden.

From going into shop spoke on the phone and delivery it was an excellent service and the goods are amazing Thankyou all 🩷

Excellent quality products at a very competitive price.
I was a little concerned about the delivery as there were a few negative reviews remarking on email response and replies. However the company replied to emails promptly and delivery was within 5 days.
I would not hesitate to order from this company again ☺️.

We bought the garden day bed in midnight and it is THE BEST day bed that we can imagine!
Unbelievable, rotates 360 degrees, strong. Attractive and incredible quality.
The service has been excellent, we had it delivered within a week and Manny and Zac were fantastic when they brought it. Set up straight forward, polite, knew exactly what they were doing and everything was in perfect nee condition. Thank you very much we are really pleased with it.

Can someone please contact me to inform when I am due to receive my refund? I sent a first email to cancel the order but the order was still attempted delivery which I refused with the driver over a week ago. It saddens me to write a negative review but I have to warn other people of such poor service. My order number is GFC2617 and I’ve sent two emails and a web enquiry but still no reply to anything. Please just help resolve this and redeem yourself as a reputable company that people want to do business with. I just want someone to make contact with and process the refund. Is this really too much of an ask?

Edit - 29th May - Further email sent this morning. Please note you’ve had my money in account since May 16th. Reply received today informing refund has been processed as of today. Will take 7-14 days to be processed.

Edit - 8th June - Thank you for responding to my review. I can confirm that following my emails of 19th May, 26th May, 28th May email and Trustpilot review left and email on 29th May I received a reply on 29th May, which I was grateful for. (See above).
