Manny and Mike delivered our engraved bench today and were very professional. They took away all our packaging and had some very useful tips. All delivered in a very friendly and engaging way. A real credit to the company.

We ordered a Spring bench and cushion to be delivered to a friend in Bromsgrove.
Not only did the furniture arrive before 8am, the guys managed to deliver through a challenging sized gate, placed in situ and took away all the packaging.
Our friend is delighted with his present and we're delighted with the service.

This is a Review for Rachel Oxenham I would jut like to take this opportunity to say how amazing and helpful she was with a little problem I had with a Gazebo she certainly knows her stuff and cannot help enough not once but twice she is so polite and nothing is to much trouble I only wish there were more people like her around the world would be a much nicer place thanks again

From buying this amazing tree root table to having it delivered has been incredible! The delivery drivers Manny and Mike went above and beyond, extremely friendly,helpful ,polite and strong.It was an extremely heavy table but they didn’t give up or moan they just got on with it, they removed the garden gate to get it through and even put it back on when they had finished. Amazing team, thank you and well done !

We recently bought an electric awning and we were extremely impressed with the whole process. The awning is well made and works well. The installation was excellent, the guys obviously knew their stuff and completed the whole thing really well. They were very personable and checked carefully to ensure we were happy. I recently had the roof panels replaced on my lean-to gazebo, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience — especially the after-sales service.

From start to finish, the two fitters, Manny and Mike, were absolutely excellent. They worked with great care and attention to detail, making sure everything was fitted perfectly and securely. It was clear they took real pride in their work. They were also incredibly polite, approachable, and more than happy to answer any questions I had along the way.

What really stood out to me was how careful they were around the surrounding area, ensuring everything was left clean and tidy once the job was completed. Nothing felt rushed, and they made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.

The after-sales support has also been fantastic. Rachel, the customer service representative, has been professional, responsive, and extremely helpful with any follow-up queries. It’s reassuring to know the company continues to provide excellent service even after the installation is complete.

I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering similar work. Manny, Mike, and Rachel are a real credit to the company!

I recently had a delivery of wheelie bin covers after meeting the team at their recent show. Wow. I'm so impressed, from the sturdy anthracite style to the soft close lids, makes putting out the rubbish a dream !! The team were excellent at the show and communication with the office was smooth and easy, delivery just as good. I couldn't recommend this company more and I'll be looking forward to visiting their stand at the NEC. Thanks again!

We ordered a Granite parasol base, on delivery we found it was damaged. I contacted Garden Furniture Customer Service and received a response the same day informing me they would deliver a new one, on a date to suit me, and collect damaged one. Today it was delivered by Mike & Maris, 2 very polite, helpful gentlemen who took the very heavy base through to the garden and assembled it for us. These days excellent Customer Service is rare, but from me Garden Furniture Centre get 5 stars. Thank you.

Where do I start?
Well, without a lie, probably the most shambolic company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and I’ve dealt with some bad companies in the past, but these are premier league!

Well, it all started when my wife ordered a large wooden root lamp, not cheap around £250.00 so a significant purchase, and prior to the expected delivery my wife contacted them for a more precise delivery date/time, as she wanted to be sure somebody would be home to accept the delivery, she was given the date, and told the advisor specifically to avoid the 11.30am to 1.30pm time slot as nobody would be home, any other time would be fine, advisor said he would note this, and also get the delivery driver to call in advance on the day, well that did not happen.

I was working 120mls away on the day of delivery, got a call around midday to say I’m now on your doorstep but nobody home, I explained the situation and he said if he took it back he did not know when he would be coming back again, so I said we’ll in that case you’ll have to leave it up near my garage door, as wife would be home soon, which is what he did.

What he did not mention was that it was pouring with rain at home, and the lamp he was delivering was only wrapped in some plastic wrapping, and that was split and open!
As you can imagine, when we opened the lamp, it was soaking wet, the base was saturated from being left on a wet concrete driveway and left us disappointed and angry to be honest.

That night I dried the lamp in front of our stove for several hours, and checked that it did in fact work, not exactly what you expect to do with a brand new £250.00 lamp, and next day contacted GFC to explain the situation.

I was dealt with by ##### a Customer Services Advisor, and explained that through no fault of my own, the lamp could not be considered brand new before it was actually handed to me, and for that reason I would like (and expect) some kind of discount off the original price paid, or alternatively if They could let me know their returns policy please for a full refund.

Well, after numerous emails back and forth (really poor customer service) the advisor said bottom line is I can have £25.00 discount off a future purchase, to which I said do you honestly think I would buy from GFC again, or I could return the item at my own cost for a refund less 15% re-stocking fee!

I am still seething and this has not ended yet, and can advise that the company has already had this review deleted on trust pilot due to mentioning a name of who I spoke too for some reason, so hopefully this will help others know my experience of them.
Further Update-I was promised a phone call from a manager 2-weeks ago, sadly as of now I’m still waiting to be contacted!

Good delivery of excellent swinging garden seat and cover.
Seat comfortable much to the delight of family and visitors alike. Cover has withstood all the dry summer weather plus winds and rain of winter in our extremely windy garden. Would strongly recommend both.

Ben and Manny delivered our outdoor furniture on Tuesday and their service was exceptional. Nothing was a problem which is extremely refreshing following the awful experience we had recently with a company delivering a pergola. Thank you both for restoring faith
