Initial purchase simple
Initial purchase simple. However on delivery goods were damaged, I contacted the co. and they agreed to replace the damaged item. Delivery was arranged. The driver phoned me to tell me he was 15 mins away from delivery, eventually arrived an hour later. The items eventually good, after sales need improving. Don’t miss this outlet
This is a very interesting outlet offering a number of independent retailers and an extensive range of garden furniture. Jon spent time with us helping to make our choice of both the furniture and the seat covers. He also ensured we received our items before Christmas. The delivery team contacted us, as promised, to confirm their arrival time and delivered quickly and efficiently. We are extremely pleased with the items we purchased - the chairs are comfortable and look very smart in our garden room. Thank you, we will be back.
