I bought Under Armour socks and mission made grim locks. They were showing in stock online and delivered in 3 days. I am super happy. I needed these socks for my urgent care work. I stand long hours and these are the best socks. Grim locks are must for me at work to keep things together. It was so swift!!!!

I ordered my dad a few pair of Mission Made pants and I was really impressed with the quality and price compared to the 5.11 pants I used to get him that were way more expensive. Plus they came in two days which was perfect.

I ordered a pair of 5.11 pants. After around 3 weeks + and a few phone calls they finally arrived at a p.o box . I had moved by then and never received the order . It was close to 100.00 more than most places charge. Contacting the company their attitude was they could care less when their shipping time sucks. Worst company that ive ever done buisness with ,they SUCK.

I ordered a rucksack from Galls with the intention of purchasing several for my gym center in upstate NY. Their website was offering a “new member” coupon of 10% off at the time, but I did not receive the code until about 10 minutes after submitting my order. I called their customer service to have the discount applied only to learn why Galls has earned a reputation for terrible customer service. They refused to apply the discount citing small print policy language hidden at the bottom of the confirmation email. So, naturally, I told them I wanted the order cancelled - which is an option listed in the confirmation email. I figured, once this order is cancelled I could reorder using the new member coupon. The CS representative told me I could not cancel since the order was already “in process”. Now, I had just submitted my order 10 minutes earlier so there is no way it could have already been shipped. So I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor specialist I spoke with was definitely not interested in helping me… She shared that all orders go direct to shipping and said I’d have to return the rucksack (with a $7.50 restock fee) after it’s been received - which is absolutely maddening since I just submitted the order 10 minutes prior. The whole thing was a huge waste of time and resources. Galls needs to remove the “cancel order” function on there website and either outsource their customer service or invest in their customer policies, practices, and procedures. I’ve worked with A LOT of venders and I had not experienced this level of indifference from frontline staff. Galls does a great job marketing and incentivizing, but their customer service practices are holding them back. I own a gym center and do not recommend doing business with Galls.

I ordered some tactical boots. Size 11W. They were out of stock and instead of letting me know they would need some time, they sent me size 11 boots. Did not fit. When I tried to use the website to return them, the program would not work (wouldn't let me upload my photo and I tried several different formats). So I called and they told to just upload any photo to get to the next step. I refused and insisted they do the return over the phone.

She relented and that's when I found out the 11W were out of stock, so I said send me 12W and they were out too. So we agreed for now I would return them and they would refund me the money, but not the S&H charge and there was a return fee.

After 20 minutes she realized and had to speak to e supervisor that they were not charging me any S&H for the return and she was going to give back the original S&H fee, as I wasn't the one who made a mistake.

When I brought up how much time I would spend on S&H and they should pay me, I was told I would get a $25 gift card.

OK great, but I will never use it.

Made an order on Feb. 2, 2025, for a raincoat. Order was finally delivered on Aug. 26, 2025. Poor Customer service, poor turn around time.

We ordered an item from Galls. They shipped the wrong item. I contacted them. They said they’d research and determine if they were going to send me a return authorization to ship the wrong item back. I asked if they were going to go ahead and send the correct item, as it was their error. I was told they weren’t Amazon. I agreed. I sent the wrong item back and didn’t hear from Galls, so I called and asked for reimbursement on the ordered item; that we’d order elsewhere. Well, I got reimbursed for the item and the tax on it, but not the $9.99 shipping charge. I contacted them again. Their response: “After taking a look on this order, we did refund you the item price and the tax but the shipping/handle we can not refund it.” Cannot = we choose not to, it's the cost of doing business with us.

NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED

I bought the UA Charged Loadout boots from this site. The product photos clearly show a yellow Vibram logo, but the boots I received had a BROWN LOGO molded into the sole.

It doesn't match any real Vibram sole I've ever seen. it looks fake ah. Very disappointed. Would not trust this seller again.

They are trying to screw me out of $280.00. Do not buy from online, they will bend you over and you will not enjoy it. Between them and FEDEX I WILL NEVER USE EITHER.

I have been a loyal customer for the past ten years. I ordered boots on 2/13/25 order # 28713140 and was never told that this item was on back order, each month I called service line was told will be delivered within five days. I cancelled my order today when I was told the order may be in on 4/7/25 and will not recommend or use Galls again.

Place to order for shoes well over two weeks ago was towed by a customer rep that the address did not match the credit card which was not true whatsoever. My card was charged in which the representative lied about that as well and magically after I got off the phone with the rep I received the email saying the item is out of stock and a refund has been issued stay away from this company very unprofessional no communication whatsoever! I ordered pants that were in stock on February 9, 2005. As of the February 16, they still have not shipped.

Quality merchandise at reasonable prices. The complaint that I have is how long it takes them to actually ship out your order. I ordered an item on August 29th. The “in stock” item was not shipped out until September 3rd. This company takes way too long to fill and ship your order.

Very slow shipping. Customer service poor and a bit rude.

Completely ignorant customer service representatives. Initial order placed on 11/22/23 for $147.50, received an email three hrs. later that items would not be received until 12/23/2023. I canceled the order and received a ticket# for the transaction. On 11/28/2023 Galls charges my credit card $147.50 WTH? Called Galls and customer service representative said"we could not reach shipper and the product shipped." REALLY? THEN, I received ANOTHER $147.50 charge to my credit card. Galls denied it, so I had to send proof of by way of my banking statement. Items get delivered to my home on 12/3/2023 but to return them I have to use the return shipping label, AND be charged $10 for the freaking label!!! Galls sucks, from the lame ass excuses to the lame ass individuals that collect a weekly paycheck for the BS job they perform. Not one ounce of customer service AT ALL! I have followed up with a complaint to the BBB and also the Kentucky Attorney Generals Office of Consumers affairs. This is no way to treat customers. We do not wear your products to weddings, we wear your products to work each and every day. Law Enforcement, EMT, and others who work their asses off and require 511 and other brands. Get your crap straight and pull your heads out of your behinds, and be fair with your customers. P.S. refund my money knuckleheads.

Absolutely awful shipping times! 15 days to receive my order which is unheard of nowadays! Haven’t ordered from them in a long time then decided to read reviews. Apparently this company has gone downhill judging by what I’m seeing. Find another place to order from! As a company that supplies first responders you’d think they would care more about customer service and timeliness. Unacceptable!

I ordered a pair of Danner gtx boots and they came on time. Unfortunately the boots did not fit (not Galls fault) but they returned them for a refund. I will order from them again. Mike in customer service was kind and helpful. Thanks Mike, thanks Galls.

I placed a large order with Galls online and then received an email stating that my card was declined and that I had to contact my bank or the order would be canceled. Naturally I called my bank to see if there was an issue but they said Galls already had my money, the transaction went through…everything was good to go and that I needed to call Galls back and see what the issue was there.

Well, I called Galls and they said that they did not have my money (even though my bank statement showed the pending transaction from Galls) Galls also said that they needed authorization from my bank and get on a 3 way call.

Well, obviously frustrated and annoyed at this point I decided it was not worth the hassle and decided to cancel the entire order. I did not facilitate an ‘authorization’ instead I called my bank back, explained the situation and they very kindly reversed the charge and did not grant authorization.

Story over, order canceled right? Nope the nightmare continues. Last night I received an email from Galls saying that they could not cancel my order and that the items have been shipped! What the hell Galls? I called Galls customer service and they said yep your card was declined but they still shipped your order. Oops our bad…you’re going to have to return it or we will charge you (charge you for our mistake) I am still waiting on this order and they have scheduled for FedEx to pick it up from my house this week. What the actual F is going on with Galls. Absolute garbage company.

Edit: On top of all of this, Galls online does NOT let you know if something is out of stock until you complete a transaction. You will find out after you have made an order if something is going to be delayed (for months sometimes) Avoid Galls at all costs

Our company uses Galls for uniforms. We purchase large amounts of items. We cannot get a response to anything. We receive incorrect orders, invoices for items we have not received, absolute AWFUL customer service and they don't seem bothered by any of it. I'm not sure how they keep any organization.

I would avoid at all costs and pay more somewhere else.

My Law Enforcement family has collectively spent thousands of dollars with purchases from Galls over the last several years. Recently we attempted to purchase an item that was advertized at a sale price. My wife was having problems ordering the item and sent an email trying to get the item at the sale price. On a telephone conversation today with Galls they said they could no longer honor the sale price. As a previously loyal customer of Galls it is obvious that they no longer care about customer service. We will be shopping elsewhere. I also found it to be extremely odd that there is no place on Galls website to leave a company review.
