I expected to receive the ring in the 5 to 10 days that stated I would. Unfortunately it could be 14 to 16 days. I ordered on the 16th of November but will not receive until around the 8th of December.

Bought earrings for my wife and got 10% off but the next day they ran a new discount for 25% off. I sent a message asking if I could receive the new discount cause the earrings have not shipped yet. And they said they would make sure I got the 25% discount. Great customer service and beautiful jewelry.

Great Company!
The online shopping experience was quick and easy. I bought some earrings for my wife. They were supposed to take approximately 2 weeks to come in, but they were ready in two days and I received them two days after that! Very happy with the beautiful lab grown diamonds! Shortly after shipping, I received an email from customer service with my appraisal for insurance. Couldn’t be easier than that!
The reasons I did not give 5 stars:
1. The online product viewing experience could be a bit more customizable. It didn’t matter what carat of stone I chose or which color of gold I chose, the online store still showed the exact same picture. Would be nice to see a bit closer to a preview of what is actually being purchased, not just a generic picture of a like-item.
2. I received an email saying their QA process is top-notch and involves sending me a picture of the product after it ships. I never received a picture of the product. Not a HUGE deal, but still was kind of expecting to see a photo.
