I recently sold my galaxy s10 through this company. To be honest I was nervous as i didn’t know anyone who had used it, and they offered the most for my phone. But everything went smooth, and it took maybe 5 minutes to fill out the info online and print the shipping label. I received a confirmation email when they received my phone as well as when they mailed my payment. It was quick and easy, and I was paid what was quoted which was awesome. I would 100% use them again in the future and recommend them.

I sold an iphone 6s with Gadget Trader last month (Oct, 2019) and was very happy with the service! The shipping label is prepaid so all you have to do is get the envelope and mail it in. When I was in line at the post office I realized there were two additional scratches that I hadn't seen when I was filling in the info online, so I actually figured they might send me less money than was estimated. A few days later I got an email from them confirming my phone had arrived and the check was on its way, and 6 days later I was cashing it in-- they did in fact pay the full amount, which was very very appreciated. Pretty smooth, fast service and very much beats meeting a random Craigslist dude in an alley at midnight to get some cash for your electronics.

Sold them my 2012 MacBook Pro. They offered me a way better price then the Apple store. And it only took a week for them to receive my laptop and send me a check. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to other people.

Although the shipping was very fast the phone itself has issues.
The battery life is very weak.
Even with a rapid charger it takes hours to charge.
The fingerprint sensor doesn't work at all.
There seems to be a lack of quality control.
