Many thanks to Gadget Traders and Swappa- for the assistance and tech support they provided when I purchased a Galaxy s10 phone recently, had issues with Sprint, they were able to resolve and the phone is great!
I would not have been able to get things going if it hadn't been for Gadget Traders and Swappa! I highly recommend purchasing from this company!!

The box arrived pretty roughed up. The packaging was a small, USPS cardboard box inside a plastic-y soft USPS envelope. The phone itself was in a small plastic pouch with a minimal amount of plastic bubbles on the outside of the pouch. The pouch was not sealed and there was no other packing material inside the usps box, so the phone could move around quite a bit. Considering the state that the box arrived, I'm not particularly confident about long term viability.

Much to my surprise, the phone was on as I removed it from the unsealed pouch and it was very, very hot. The phone arrived at 9% battery. I live in the southwest, so the combination of the hot ambient temperatures during the phone's journey, the state of the box, the packaging, and the fact that the phone was on, seemingly the whole time during shipment, is very disappointing.

The screen, counter to the listing, has comical levels of screen burn in. Was it like this prior to shipment? Was this due to the phone being kept on throughout shipment and during multiple days of summer temperatures? There's no definitive answer. What I do know is that electronics and heat don't play well together. Why would you possibly ship the phone while it's on and with the battery connected? The remaining space inside the box had plenty of room for the battery and it's hard to imagine a small padded pouch for the battery would incur significant expense.

I cannot recommend buying from this storefront. Shoddy packaging practices and a misleading listing. Wouldn't dare risk buying a higher priced phone from them.

The Best. The oneplus 5t looks and works like new. They even included a oem charger and cable. I will definitely use them for any future cell phone purchases. The package came in 2 days. There prices were great and affordable compared to other sellers and other sites.

Phone arrived early and in better condition than anticipated. I purchased a Galaxy Note 9 and it came with original packaging and quick start guide. It seems to be running great so far. Very satisfied with my experience.

All pros. No cons. Would definitely do business with them again.

Product was rated good on the Swappa scale. When I received the item I would have rated it great. Very little scratches on the screen. Fast shipping as well. Can't go wrong.

Phone came two days early which was unexpected. It's the 4th phone I've bought off swappa.com and I usually expect them to come in 2-10 days after the expected shipping (I'm fine with that it's just a phone). Also the first phone that came with the otg charger. 10/10

Paid on a Friday and had the phone shipped first thing Monday morning. Paid for *good" quality and what I received was perfect. I was very happy with the shipping and over the moon with my lg G8. These guys are outstanding!

I recently sold my OnePlus 6T to GadgetTraders. Selling Android phones isn't always easy, especially if they aren't Samsung, LG, or Pixels, but GT will take pretty much any device you can think of AND give you the best price on the market for it. I easily got 40 bucks more for my phone than competing services. Service is by prepaid shipping and PayPal deposit upon phone inspection, which took a grand total of 3 days in my case - really speedy service.

Found these guys when Googling phone trade-in companies. They gave the best price for my phone (Oneplus 6T), made the process very quick and easy and no haggling on the price once they received the phone. Great service.

The iPhone 11 Pro was in mint condition as advertised on Swappa. So far everything works great! The kids got this as a Father's Day gift for my husband and he's VERY pleased. I would definitely buy from Gadget Traders again.

Speedy shipping, device as described.....yay! 4 stars due to less than acceptable packaging: my phone was in a box from another brand phone lose and able to flop around inside the box......that could/should have been done a little better imho....

The phone was advertised as being in good condition. It arrived a day early and I would have categorized it as being in excellent condition. I had no issues activating the phone. It would have been nice to have the battery health listed in the advertisement on Swappa but at 90% I still would have purchased it for the price.

Bought a OnePlus 7 pro from them on swappa that was advertised as good, but honestly it's of mint quality. Pretty much no wear whatsoever. I got the shipment 2 days early as well.

Excellent! I was hesitant about purchasing a used phone at first but a co-worker told me about Gadget Traders and he already had purchased from them a month previous. Received my Samsung 8S+ in great condition and works great. I would recommend Gadget Traders 100%

Beautiful phone. Advertised as "mint" and was. Absolutely no issues. I left a more detailed review on Swappa. I ordered it on Thursday and received it on Saturday. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
