First time using GadgetReclaim - they will definitely be my "go to" when I need to sell my phone next time around.
Money was in the bank within a day of them receiving my phone

Brilliant

Easy to use, stuck to the price quoted and payment came through quickly once the phones had been inspected. Would recommend and use again.

I sent the phone via Royal Mail using…

I sent the phone via Royal Mail using the return label I received by email and was notified by email each step of the way - arrival, testing, and money transfer. It was a satisfying experience to dispose of a previously used phone quickly and easily.

Good money, long wait for deposit

I was paid the estimated money for my phone, but I gave them my bank details correctly the first time then they said I gave them wrong and I gave them again, then took 3 days to deposit the money on my bank because they don't do deposits over the weekend. In general good price for the phone, but had to wait a long time to get the money.

Excellent gadget buying service

Really good price for my old Huawei phone compared to other gadget buy back sites.
Once I'd accepted their offer it was easy to print a label and return the item via my local post office.
The amount they'd offered was transferred to my nominated account within a week.
