Received 2 pair of pants they did not fit well. I asked for an exchange to a size up. They wanted to charge additional for ea pair to size up. They even asked for pictures so I sent them. I then asked for a refund. They responded with offering me 20% of what I paid. Getting scam vibes.

The proverbial runaround on returns
I have tried to return a pant of shoddy pants and have gotten the old 'round around' for them to give a refund. The package with the pants arrived without an invoice or order # and I never received a confirmation email. The refund request requires this # but they never provided it so now they say they can not give a refund. This is the proverbial "Catch 22"
Avoid this unethical company.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I ordered from them 2 weeks ago. Nothing arrived, so I corresponded with "customer service" for a week, all of no avail. They did bizarre things like acknowledge that the pants were not delivered, while asking me to confirm what to send (um. the pants I ordered?) and when I emailed to cancel/refund, they replied "we will send immediately," but sent nothing. I'm out $90 for nothing but grief. Phone numbers on their website and on Trustpilot were both bogus.

Slow response and No refund yet?
When I emailed G4free to get return instructions, they did not respond for 23 days. Then their response was that I was past the 30 day return policy.
**Because THEY did not respond.
All items were returned back to G4free, items were delivered to them on 2-3-25. STILL no refund.
