I was really impressed with Fusion Motors in Grays Essex. The showroom was pretty impressive.
I bought my dream car with their help.
Jordan was so helpful he took control of getting me a good finance deal he actually went above and beyond. His wealth of knowledge was so good he put me at ease he is very experienced at his craft and really knows the car business so well.
Then I also met Joe who had only been at Fusion Motors for a few weeks and already you can see is going to be a real asset to them. He was so patient with me . He knew I was a nervous driver so I asked him to take me for a ride in the car I have bought, he did not make me stupid even though I was asking stupid questions about the car . When he delivered my dream SLK Mercedes he took the time to show me how everything worked in my new car.

have a great selection of used cars and they are kept in a safe and impressive showroom.

We recently purchased a VW T Roc from Fusion Motors ,we would just like to say how professional and helpful they have been their customer service has been excellent . ⭐ **1 Star – Very Disappointing After-Sales Service**

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from Fusion Motors, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been very disappointing.

My car was supplied with two sensor keys, but **neither key has the mechanical key inside**. When the sensor started malfunctioning and was taking a long time to unlock the car, I discovered that I had no mechanical key available as a backup.

My main concern is not simply getting a replacement blade. My concern is **where the original mechanical keys are and why I was not informed at the time of purchase that they were missing**.

I have repeatedly tried to get a clear answer from the dealership, but instead of addressing this simple question, I have been told to go to a key shop or have replacement blades made.

I have also raised concerns about the sensor itself, which is not working properly.

What has disappointed me most is the lack of understanding of my concern. I am asking a very straightforward question about the **security of my vehicle and the whereabouts of the original keys**, but I still have not received a clear answer.

I was eventually told to speak to my broker/finance company because the dealership could not assist any further.

I am sharing my experience so other customers are aware that **after-sales support and communication are just as important as the sales process**.

I hope Fusion Motors will take this feedback seriously and properly address my concerns.
