Funiki Arvostelua 2

I had pre-ordered the Schön!Film Magazine Sep 2025 back in September 2025. The pre order was easy and there was a release date of December 2025 and end of January 2026 shipping date. I waited till end of January 2026 as there was no mention of delay.

I emailed but didn't get a response. I then got an update after messaging on instagram to say there was a delay with shipping from China so looking at February 2026. Which was fine so I waited.

Still no update in February so I messaged on 3rd March 2026 asking if there were delays with the release. I was told they were on a business trip but the items were ready and will ship once back.

By 25th March 2026, as I had not heard anything I went them a message on Instagram and email. I never got a response. I tried again on 26th March asking can I have an update or if they can't I would like a refund. Message was not read. So I contacted Shopify platform on 27th March about it with the situation.

They then cancelled my order and refunded me the next day.

I was looking forward to the magazine and had still wanted it. Whilst I understand there are delays but being kept in the dark to eventually no responses really was a poor experience.

Das ist ein Witz! Ich bin völlig enttäuscht von Funiki. Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt, der nie angekommen ist, und der Kundendienst ignoriert alle meine Nachrichten. Der schlimmste Teil? Sie sagten Klarna, dass der Artikel versandt wurde, aber er erreichte mich nie. Sparen Sie sich die Enttäuschung - bestellen Sie nicht bei dieser Firma!
