It's consoling that there's a platform for people, to share their opinions about their loved ones. Please keep up the good work. It helped put my mind at ease, in a difficult time.

Easy to use and intuitive user interface making it a very simple process to find information

The website was very easy to use enabling me to leave a message, light a candle and make a donation all in one place. This is a lovely way to express condolences at a difficult time and for families to see all the lovely messages and best of all to raise monies for some very worthwhile causes.

I live in Switzerland and found the orbituary by looking for the name of a person who did not reply to my letters anymore. Very nicely done with photos.

Fairly straightforward to complete but the name part could be modified as the donation was on behalf of myself and my partner

A beloved resident of our care home passed a few months ago, she had lived here for 10 years with her husband who, through illness, could not attend the funeral so the the silent, live feed function of him being able to see and feel part of the funeral was priceless!

The obituary for my friend was lovely , the guide was extremely easy to navigate , I wish more funeral directors would apply this to their pages

I thought it was an excellent way of recording attendance at the funeral and wake, and to upload pictures. However uploading more than one picture seemed impossible and for some reason didn't let me upload one of my pictures

This is a way of expressing your feelings and sharing that your loved one is still in your thoughts and feelings.
It gives me so comfort.

I am grateful for this service which enables one to leave a tribute or share a memory. The only hick up I found was that, having written my message I tried to click light a candle and this seemed to delete my message so I had to start again.
