We travelled from Northern Ireland to Thetford to collect our car, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Kieran looked after us and was very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with throughout. The team made everything straightforward, and they even ran us into town so we could get the car taxed before setting off on the long journey home.

The car was lovely, the service was great, and we really appreciated the friendly welcome after travelling such a long way. Would happily recommend them.

My other car developed a fault, which they identified quickly and repairs carried out quickly, again friendly and professional service.

I brought my Audi A8 in with an annoying suspension noise that had been getting progressively worse — a clunking sound over bumps that I’d been putting off for too long. From the start, the experience was reassuringly smooth.

The repair was completed the same day — ahead of schedule — and the A8 rides flawlessly now. Quiet, composed, exactly as it should.

For a dealership service department to genuinely impress me is rare. This team managed it effortlessly. Highly recommend.

Staff are fantastic, in particular Dave, I have two vehicles which are serviced and mot here, Dave is always really helpful and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything.
In past experience when a garage has said they have checked my car often other things come up which have been missed , at fresh motors they are really thorough and go through all with you in detail.
