I want to personally give a massive thank you to Cri - very quick with responses I feel like I am speaking to a real human. They give me genuine responses and actually tried to help exhaust different scenarios and work with me to help on a admin issue. The fact that they said lets jump on a Facetime call next week when my code arrives so we can continue on resolving this is just very kind and the support i need. I've felt very supported and not anxious anymore

Embarking on payroll with no certification seems a bit daunting. A free payroll service can sound like a recipe for disaster but FreePayroll has managed to compile an easy to navigate user interface and user experience and doubled that with a great human touch! Whenever there's been uncertainty, an issue or an error, the people at the end of the web chat have always been there to provide direction or to clear the air.
