We had this really long home buying process for our First home, which was a New build property. In addition to getting best deal and alternate qoutes after our offer expired few times, Richard & Suzanne went beyond their own scope of work to guide us with the buying process.

I had a complicated case for my mortgage application. The advisor took the time to understand my needs and helped find the right product. They assisted throughout the process, were very punctual and timely in their responses. We hit an obstacle in the process and they were able to find me an alternative product super quickly!

This is the second time our family has had the pleasure of working with Richard and Suzanne. Fantastic service as before, and very efficient, the mortgage offer was secured within 2 days of the application! Richard and Suzanne are an excellent team.
