Fraser & Co Arvostelua

Awful customer experience. Awful company. Don't trust.

Robert made our move to Hendon seamless and was very helpful throughout the process. He guided us at all points and was always available and answer our questions. Highly recommended !!

After having dealt with plenty of estate agencies in London, our experience with this one is by far the worst.
Unfortunately, we had to stick with them for 5 years, so I can provide a good back up of their disastrous service and incompetency.
For the record - we NEVER skipped or delayed a rent payment and treated the property and the communal development areas with extreme care.
There were repeated water leaks (due to the poor building pipework materials) which did not flood the whole flat just because we worked several days doing all and beyond to prevent it, bailing out water nonstop with buckets, moving furniture out of the water reach, removing carpets, etc
Nevertheless, this caused major inconveniences due to humidity and inevitably carpets being ruined.
It took the agency LONGER THAN A YEAR to replace ONLY ONE of the damaged carpets- their excuse: they "could not" reach out the landlord
After endless emails for 2 and a half years chasing for a compensation as the Habitation clauses of the agreement had been unfulfilled, the promised compensation NEVER ARRIVED.
We finally moved out from the flat leaving it in an immaculate estate (as per their check out inspector), and the agency still wanted to deduct the charges for the expired smoke detectors, which are only the Landlords responsibility (as per legislation). - We were without smoke detectors for some months even though this had been immediately reported and a risk for health and safety.
They are not only not knowers of very basic tenancy legislation/regulations, but their inefficacy and lack of assistance when any issue arises is outrageous at least.
Not via email, not by phone and not even booking an in-person appointment with a branch manager (as we did, having to request a half day off work) this agency is uncapable of sorting any small problem or one of a relevant magnitude.
This impacted our peace of mind for years as the house was a mess during weeks in several occasions, and their only response was ALWAYS: "we cannot get hold of the landlord"
The refund of the full deposit had to be disputed as well through TDS for the same reason.
It took them more than 3 MONTHS! to return the deposit and they completely ignored our constant chasers for the promised compensation, which finally never arrived.
All this said - please do yourself a favour and chose a different estate agency.

Helpful, cordial and responsive. Great partner to work with.

Majority of the staff are professional, responsive and effective in solving issues. Would have given a five star but always leave room for improvement without giving full marks :)

I have been in contact with Fraser Shoreditch office since 2013 and Gemma Hyland has been looking after marketing of our flat since then. We are very happy with the professional insight of market update to set the right rent and select the right tenants for us. We highly recommend your service to my friends who need to let out or rent a flat in London.

Ms Clare has been exceptionally supportive and consistently takes proactive steps to ensure that every aspect of the process runs smoothly and is completed on time. It has been our great pleasure to work with her. She has assisted us from the initial purchase of our flats through all stages of snagging, and subsequently coordinated the decoration works and our move into the new home. In the end, she even helped us find our dream house and arranged for our apartment to be rented out. Without her dedication and professionalism, the entire journey would not have been so seamless.

Clare, always deliver outstanding service from start to finish. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and helpfulness makes a significant difference. I truly value her support and would highly recommend her to others.
