Denied a claim for invalid reason.
Denied a claim with the reasoning that it was a pre-existing condition even though my dog has never before been to the vets for this condition. Plus I was completely honest about when symptoms first started - which was well within my policy start date.

There was a slight delay in the vets responding due to holiday. But as soon as the claim was received by Frank it was processed super fast.
