Je me suis procuré deux acides hyaluroniques de la marque Juvéderm sur un site web le 18 août, avec le numéro de commande FFUIPBALZ-, pour un montant total de 441,48 euros. Cependant, les produits ont été saisis par la douane et n’ont pas pu entrer en Chine lors de leur livraison à Shanghai. Par la suite, j’ai contacté le vendeur pour demander un retour et un remboursement. Les informations logistiques indiquent que les produits ont été renvoyés le 26 août et que le vendeur a signé la réception du colis retourné.
Malheureusement, le vendeur ne me répond pas depuis que je le contacte et ne me rembourse pas non plus. J’ai visité la France à plusieurs reprises, et ce pays m’a laissé l’impression d’être un pays magnifique, à la mode, moderne et équitable. Maintenant, je suis désespéré. La livraison a pris un peu plus de temps que prévu, mais le colis était bien emballé. Le service client a répondu à mes questions, même si le délai de réponse était un peu long. Dans l’ensemble, je suis plutôt satisfait, même s’il reste quelques petits aspects à perfectionner pour une expérience totalement fluide.

No response after order raised
I made an order, waiting for a week, then they said one of the product is not available from the manufacturer. And they're not responsible for this. I can only wait until they receive the product the it has no estimated time for this. How come then can sell a product without stock and couldn't deliver as their website claim.

3mois et toujours rien...
Ca fait 3 mois que j,ai placé une commande chez France Health.Ce n'est pas la première fois ca fait 7 ans que je suis cliente a cet endroit.Quand j'a vu que leur transporteur était DHL je leur ai demandé de changé pour la poste car c'était sujet a problème mais ils n'ont pas voulu.Alors le colis est parti.Puis il y a eu l'erreur de déclaration douanière qui a fait toute une histoire.J'ai du remplir formulaires pardessus formulaires mais rienn'y a fait. J'ai payé 2 fois pour des douanes et taxes mais je n'ai toujours pas mon colis. France Health m'on promis qu'il arrangerait la situation et qu'il m'enverrait une autre commande....mais la ...ils ne répondent meme plus a mes messages.Pourtant l'erreur venait d'eux au départ. Moi j'ai une perte de 500$ .Je croyais que c'était une compagnie responsable mais voyez vous l'image est souvent trompeuse. J'ai placé cette commande le 17novembre 2021....
