Foyles Arvostelua 

This evening, I took a trip to Foyles located inside Waterloo station. My purpose of arrival was to search for a certain category of books. This was books mainly emphasising feminism. I was assisted by a colleague called Giuseppe and no words can explain how amazing his customer service was. He’d picked out a range of books for me to choose from, based of his own knowledge of the stores stock as well as books he has read himself on this topic. I found a few that were exactly what I wanted. Thank you Giussepe, I hope this can get passed on, and he gains some praise, for his hard work.

I was having problems receiving a purchase I made online but Alyssa from customer service sorted everything out, replied immediately and was always remarkably efficient and friendly.
It was my first online purchase. I have been and will continue to be a customer of the London shop for many years.
I highly recommend Foyles for the quality and quantity of the products it sells and for the efficiency and friendliness of the staff

Absolutely phenomenal. They response quickly, honestly and with such clarity. I immediately understood and learned what I wanter. Especially John, he's the best.

I have always received good help at Waterstones store no matter where the location was. The staff in the store and the online customer service are very helpful. Nothing whenever they can do is bothersome.

It is overwhelmingly a place to find good books, and stationery.

Moreover, the store has comfortable seats for a quick read and perhaps a cuppa from the in-house cafe.

I ordered as a gift for my son a years paperback subscription on 27th January. On 29th January he received a parcel only containing a receipt which obviously i didnt want him to see. In mid February having received no book I enquired to be told that the subscription hadnt been activated and would now start in March. On18th February I wrote again asking for the February book to be sent independently. Sadly as of 2nd March there has been no sign of it, no explanation and no apology. In short no books have been received by my son whose birthday weeks ago

It was a somewhat trivial issue I had - a missing piece in a small puzzle - but the response I had was exemplary.
Alyssa was attentive and responded very quickly to my complaint and suggested I take it back to the store, however as I explained I’m nowhere near a Foyles store, Alyssa got in touch with the shop I bought it from and sorted a replacement for me. It was then Ben from the store who impressed me too, as Ben added in an extra puzzle as an apology - super kind! This really made my day and made an annoying situation so much better! Even for such a seemingly small issue, the attention to detail and care from Alyssa & Ben really shows what a great customer care & shop team Foyles has.
