Box was deceptive looked like lots of biscuits but lot of gaps and strange shaped buffers between the biscuits also raised sections with just one biscuit sat on it ….no more crafty Foxes biscuits for me con artists….rip off just buy packet next time

Nice biscuits but the packaging is a con. There were nowhere near as many biscuits as I expected as the plastic packaging inside is made so that very few biscuits can be put inside, won't be buying these again!

Expensive box of air. Cheap biscuits and all soft. Complete waste of money. This company has shot itself in the foot by taking the pish out of their loyal customers. Will never buy again.

All box and no buscuits. Fox's Classic Selection. Mostly packaging very few biscuits. What a let down. Will never buy fox's again after this profiteering scam from the company

been buying foxes for years .but the classic selection is poor where have all the biscuits gone .same price less contents stupid plastic tray designed to get less in .shame on you foxes such a great business ruined by greed.

Foxes biscuits are terrific but the packaging is way overdone and excessive. I would certainly pay the same price for this high quality product with less packaging. 3 stars for packaging only, biscuits get five stars.

I bought foxes biscuits in an ALDIs store in Bolton. They were bought for Xmas as a treat and the date was 20th May 2023. Me and my partner opened them up and we had a few but we wasn’t very sure on the texture and come to a conclusion that they were stale. So we ended up putting in the bin and we were very disappointed and decided we won’t buy them anymore in case it happens again.

Biscuits have definitely gone down in size. Bought the fox’s classic biscuit selection box & so many of the biscuits are definitely smaller - or you only get 1 of that biscuit per tray!!! It’s horrific!
Stupid amount of packaging, smaller biscuits and less biscuits. Clearly they have no consideration for the environment or people struggling money wise either. Not buying them again, waste of money,

How is it that the cookies are always stale???
Since the price went up the quality went down.

Im scared to buy these now as im tired of hoping.

I contacted Fox's biscuits by email about their products being broken and basically just crumbs when I opened them. It was not a one off packet and after about five occasions I decided to contact them politely thinking they might like to know. To be fair a lady called Jill replied to me asking for date's/batch numbers and said she would contact me after looking in to the matter. I sent her the requested information and waited for a reply which they state will hopefully be resolved within ten working days. That timeline passed and I still haven't had a reply. Don't waste your time contacting this company as they don't care.

I tried politely and in a friendly manner dealing with Foxe's biscuit complaints department Batley.Careline.
I originally contacted them via email and spoke to Jill from consumer care on the 5th January but after several weeks of being ignored I contacted them for the 6th time, Mandy Herriot (Technical Service Manager) answered my email only to ignore my reply to her, I haven't had a response from her in over a week now.
For a huge company like Foxe's to not take consumer complaints seriously is disgusting, I honestly will not purchase any products made by Foxe's until something changes. Shame on you for the way you treat your customers. I won't let this drop and plan on taking this further.

Bought a large selection box for Christmas at a cost of £5. All the biscuits were soggy. Complained to Foxs who sent me a voucher for £5 as a gesture of goodwill. So refunding my money was classed as goodwill. Well what little goodwill I had for Foxs evaporated today when I had the embarrassment of Tescos refusing to accept the voucher. Talk about adding insult to injury.

Retuned a paket of mouldy biscuits in nov 2021 included my address but to date still have had no reply from this company ,very shoddy customer service

Very sad to see a large box of biscuits filled with packaging and air to give a false sense of value for money, especially at a time when we are supposed to be concerned about the environment and how wasteful we have become. The box could have been made a third of the size and the way the packaging has been made to push the one jammy dodger to the top is just shocking.

Tin of festive biscuits, which are in fact the ordinary biscuits sold all year round. £5 for a tin of only 22 biscuits, overpriced for such a small amount. Will not be buying again

Bought for Christmas. All were stale. Disappointed.

Not rating these for quality, but value (or not, as the case may be) - large 550g cardboard box with some misleading statements on the outside (“increased biscuit…’variety’, decreased packaging”) actually turns out to be reduced quantities of biscuits and a cardboard box full of air!
Two plastic trays inside, ‘cleverly’ designed to increase profit for Fox’s and reduce value for the customer. In each tray there are two positions for jammie dodgers abs in each position there is a grand total of 1 jammie dodger and some plastic recess underneath to make it look like there could be 2 or 3. Similar with Golden Crunch but only 1 position and 1 biscuit. Oblong biscuits placed diagonally to take up maximum space in the plastic tray. Similar little tricks throughout the box. An utterly shameful rip-off whether you pay full price or offer price. It’s the sort of tricks that give a company a bad reputation, and a reputation that is hard to switch to positive again. Looks like the cost cutting will cost them customers in future years because there’s not much more embarrassing than going to open a packet of festive biscuits for guests, to be greeted with this shower of sh$te - the guests go away also thinking “steer clear of Fox’s, they a laughing stock” !

This year fox biscuits are so stale and we're not out of date. Also not many biscuits. I always buy these at Christmas and the packaging of the products are less each year. Will not purchase again.

Where are all the biscuits? Disappointing amount of biscuits. Soft texture biscuits which are advertised as crunchy. Too much Glucose sugar used which can leave an unpleasant taste.
The box is the same size as previous years but a lot less contents. Not going to buy again.
