Love FoxPharma a huge selection no need to bounce around every website trying to find a few pence off here and there. They have it all in one place and find the best products, I love AfterMed Lips and get it on my prescription with Tox which is a bonus.

I rang the other day to speak to one of the staff members at Fox Pharma, named Karen . She was very polite experienced, and tried her best to help me. She spent a lot of time sorting out my account, and I was very impressed with her service. She also organised my delivery, and I received it the very next day, which was excellent.

They didn’t deliver on time
They promised the order would be with me by midday the next day but it didn’t event get sent out until past that time and was a whole day late. When I complained they just blamed DPD - so their delivery guarantee means nothing.

Easy site to use & order
Easy site to use & order. Had a call to say my certificate had not been uploaded so unable to purchase certain items, my error not theirs. This actually made me feel like the pharmacy was a more trusted service. Uploaded certs & products were delivered the next day.
