I invested with FoxCapitalFinance (ww.foxcapitalfinance.com). Initially, everything was going well, but the transaction was going through a liquidity issue due to an overage of 0. I was told the transaction would be resolved if I transferred money to my account. I sent nearly 10,000 dollars. The transaction was in negative territory, and since my balance was insufficient, they said they could provide a 5,000 dollars loan. If the transaction was liquid, I wouldn't owe anything. Later, the transaction went into profit, and my balance reached 30,000 dollars. I requested a withdrawal, but they told me I had to pay off the loan first and then withdraw my money. I also sent them the fee, and then they sent me a release for my withdrawal request. They told me I had to sign to confirm receipt of all my money, and then the balance would be transferred to my account. I told them I wouldn't sign this until I received the payment. They also told me my balance wouldn't be transferred to my account. I have the receipts in my TR account, and if my grievance isn't resolved, I will take them to the FCA, SEC, and UK Cyber ​​Crimes Department and take them to court. I was scammed by a fraudulent forex platform called Fox Capital Finance. Their website can easily be found through a quick online search.

They promised high returns on forex investments and initially showed small “profits” to gain my trust. Since March 11, 2025, I have been in contact with them and was manipulated into depositing a total of $36,887.

They claimed I had earned a profit of $46,754, bringing my total balance to $83,641. But when I attempted to withdraw, they ignored my requests and kept asking for additional fees, taxes, and verification payments.

This platform is not regulated, has no legal authorization, and offers no real customer support. All communication stopped once I refused to pay more.

Please do not trust this company — it is a total scam. If you’ve been contacted by them, stay away and report them to financial authorities immediately.

I have filed an official complaint with the legal authorities in my country. I hope this review helps prevent others from falling into the same trap.
