Fosse Healthcare Arvostelua 

Fosse healthcare are the worse care company around . Do not work at gladstone house where if your relatives are being cared for, they are not being cared for properly . Some staff are lovely but some staff are awful to some of the service users . Management is a total joke and it is being run by apes that brush complaints under the carpet . My relative was being cared for in the assessment unit and the staff did not have a clue what they was doing . One girl did have a strong odour of alcohol on her when I stood near her . Avoid at all cost . Staff that are hired by fosse are treated very badly . AVOID working for these clowns

Terrible terrible company.
The ladies in the office have no idea what they are doing. Especially the manager lady. You will hear them call the clients names aswell as other members of staff. You will not be paid correctly, you will be any all over the place and if you need any help do t expect any one to answer the phone. They have reported numerous times to the CQC and they are very aware of what is going on and they are being watched. If you want to work with scruffy carers that sit in their cars and smoke and a clueless management then by all means get a job here. Ps there’s minimal training.

DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT work for this company! They don’t care about their workers at all, you go out your way to help them but you get stress in return.
I had a really bad experience with MANSFIELD fosse healthcare, they are so disorganised & just sit in the office doing nothing, they make it seem all nice in the start but trust me don’t do it… I stayed in this job for less than a month it was that bad, you’re maybe wondering why is it so bad? An example is that i had been working for less than a few weeks & i told them i wasn’t ready to go out on my own as it’s my first time doing care… they said it’s fine we will only put you on double ups, comes to the day & i am on my own… rang the office they said you’ll be fine you’re on you’re on get on with it when i could have done something completely wrong with a client’s medication as i had never met them before!!!!

The job itself, is amazing… caring for people is just a great job but i really do recommend if you’re thinking of being a care worker do not do it under fosse!

Absolutely disgusting care we experienced for my mother,6 weeks with only 2 showers never turned up anywhere near time slots or didn't turn up at all spent most of the time sitting down didn't seam to have any idea what they were doing ,the poor elderly who have know family support its terrible

If I could give no stars I would !! AVOID at all costs. This company was employed to care for my mum, out of the 5 mornings they only supported her once. Carers we’re very late to a time critical call, male carer attended and refused entry as no uniform or ID badge and no carer attended one the last visit. Spoke to the coordinator who was rude,

I sorry to say I’ve not a lot good to say about them. Basically they will employ anyone. I’ve had some awful Carers that don’t care at all. I can name two good Carers with this company. I’ve been sent Carers that are dirty unvaccinated and abusive. The Lincoln office, well no words can discribe how bad they really are. My advice is to try another company. Such a shame.

Been dealing with Fosse Healthcare for about 4 months now and i find them very approachable, honest and transparent, but more importantly i can see the office staff and the carers genuinly care about the services they provide.
