I exhibited with Fortem at the White Label Expo in London in Feb this year. So far so good, until on the last day they asked me if I would be interested in attending the following year. I saw this as an indication of interest, little did I know as they didn't tell me, that I was signing a new contract. 6 weeks later I received an email asking for £1,300+ for which I told them I didn't realise I was signing a new contract and didn't want the space. Fortem followed up advising me that I was outside the 30 day cancellation window and I would have to pay 50% cancellation fee (£2,673). Both Connor and Simon spent the next 6 weeks threatening me with legal action and a debt collection agency. I even offered them £100 to settle the case which was ignored. In the end I have had to seek legal advise based on the disproportionate fee constituting a penalty clause and is therefore unenforceable under UK law! This is currently underway. My advise is avoid them at all costs based on atrocious customer service, poor business etiquette and attempting to use fear tactics and this is despite me being a previous customer.

There are so many fishy things about this company, that I don't even know where to begin. I can guarantee you that many of the positive reviews are fake.

They have no issues lying. Let me give you just a few examples:

They claim there are almost no spots left and they try to scare you into signing up.
They claim that their website gets way more views than it actually does.
They claim a certain event is about a specific topic, when in reality it isn't when you check the actual website of the event.
They lie about other how big other companies' booths are to get you to buy more.

Btw, they have a 1/100 on scamadvisor. That should tell you something.

Disaster Expo Europe has been extremely interesting. With a mixture of lectures in four areas and information by relevant companies time has been flying.

We worked with Fortem-International to showcase our products and services at the Disasters Expo Europe 2024. Our account manager, Edward, did a great job guiding us through the entire process and the necessary steps. He was always attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any questions we had. Communication with him was always effective and timely. During the event, he also maintained constant communication and promptly responded to our requests. Their website is also easy to use and leads you smoothly through the steps you need to take. Overall, the event was well organized. We only suggest better marketing for future events of this kind in Europe, as we believe there could have been better attendance. In summary, we are pleased with the work done.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Shammy who supported us at the responsible packaging expo. Everything went smoothly and she went above and beyond. 5* customer service and I would highly recommend her to any business. Thanks again Shammy see you soon.

Great team, wonderful event

I have participated white label expo in London. Emir is very reactive person, gentle and hardworking. He understood our needs and he propose solutions. It was a pleasure to work with him.

The quality of event Fortem put on was a pleasant surprise. I've been to 15 trade shows in the last 13 months and this was undoubtedly the best one. The quality of attendee, organization and structure of the event was truly unmatched. A lot of conference providers have struggled bouncing back after Covid, yet Fortem and their team have stood out amongst the pack.

We exhibited our product at the Disasters Expo in Miami. Tobias Holland and Kieran Head were extremely helpful and great to work with! Always checking in with us! It was great to see how engaged they were with the exhibitors and attendee's on the floor. The judges were hugely impressed with our eco-friendly solutions. We won an award for the most cost effective mitigation product of the year!!! A big WIN!! Overall, it was a great experience. Looking forward to the next event!

I think the networking contacts was the highlight for our company.

We worked closely with McKye Brady and the Fortem-International Team. The group was awesome to work with. The entire operation was first class. They made the event very enjoyable for our team. We are looking forward working with them more in the future.

Fortem has been great with us. We registered for an expo last minute in March 2024 and they accommodated our last minute needs. When it came time for the next expo, they promptly call us to make sure we had our prime spot (or an even better spot). They have answered every question we've had and kept constant communication with us. We look forward to continuing doing expos with them.

We decided to attend the Retail Supply Chain + Logistics Expo event at the last minute earlier in 2024, Tobias Holland and his team were exceptional. They looked after us and provided a top quality service, even addressing the small topics we had, we are so grateful to have found Tobias and have signed up to work with him again in 2025.

We dealt with Nehman and his assistance was flawless for the 2024 London White Label Expo at ExCel. With a lack of pressure being applied, and a very personable approach, he has been fantastic to deal with from start to finish.

Dont trust this company they are scammers

Do not click any link or confirm anything from this company, then you will be tyrannized and forced to pay for what you did not receive.
They are already entered in the database of illegal activities. Google their company and you will find countless complaints about them.
Company name is fortem-international.com (before they were prysmgroup.com) they organize event White label word expo.

I have attended multiple conventions that is sponsored by Fortem-International. The conventions have been well organized and good number of attendees. More importantly, the Fortem Team is helpful and goes out of their way to assist with whatever you need. I would recommend any Company or vendor to consider participating in one of their many conventions when possible.

What a scam! Threatening with debt collector and have unprofessional attitude. My warm suggestion is - don't work with them.

It's clear that Fortem International is having employees leave vague, high-scoring reviews to try to resolve their awful rating and continue to scam and fool innocent business owners into their mockery of contracts and shows. DO NOT MAKE CONTACT, DO
