I have NEVER had better service either online or in person.The quick response to all of my many queries was second to none! When the products arrived I was not disappointed in them. Highest quality material and craftsmanship was used in design and construction.Have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so. Will absolutely be ordering again .

We started our collection with a single copper top two years ago and were instantly addicted. In the following year there was a decent addition of a few tops and this year we were not able to hold back on the Black Friday Sale (the only sale ever) and filled up quite a number of gaps in our "top portfolio".

The service was amazing, order went out on Friday morning and on Monday we had the shipment by express in our post office for pick-up. Please note that this was a shipment from Canada to Germany!!

Also the contact with the staff at Foreverspin by mail was flawless everytime. They are fast and really helpful and we received every help that was necessary.

The quality of the tops is very high and we love the different textures, surface qualities and weights.
If spun correctly they stand apparently motionless on the surface. My personal record is 3:50 min at the moment. Very relaxing to watch :)

First off, I got the titanium top and the stainless steel spinning base. The top is perfectly balanced and immaculate. After some use, it has not even been dented or damaged in any way. The quality, in other words, is immaculate. I cannot be more happy with the top.

On the other hand, the top and the base look wonderful together--they're sleek, elegant, and beautifully designed. You can use them as an ornament or as a way to briefly take your mind off of work, or even as a gift to a loved one or family member.

Last of all, their customer service is simply unparalleled. They missed my call but the day after reached out to me via email and made sure I was happy with my product--and elated I was! Great customer service!

Great. Can't get my hands off of it......

So, my experience starts on November 2020, my first purchase, and the second and third on December. I'm from Sudamerica, so I knew it would take to my orders like 2 months to arrive. Very happy about my orders, but the tracking page, a third party company, didn't show any change in three months.
Worried, I got in contact with ForeverSpin, and explained the situation.They immediately give me a solution, to wait one week more to reach a deadline, and then contact them again if nothing changed with my packages.
One week later, no news from my orders, so I reach the contact service, and the gave me all instructions to send me a new collection, with all express delivery service paid. In one week or less, I receive my spins and gifts.
Very happy with my purchase and the person in the customer support that helped me.
The only problem I had was with the Postal Office, but no related with ForeverSpin.

I became a fan of this company and their products from the moment I received my first spinning top from them: the copper top. For collectors like myself, these tops are perfect! Not only are they precision-made and high quality, but they're all unique and great to admire - each coming inside proper packaging with cool info labels that work great for displaying your collection. The company's customer service & customer engagement are top-notch too. They really go above and beyond - offering a complementary random gift-card and metal money clip with each order and often including limited edition "Mystery" tops as a promotion with your order. I absolutely love these tops. The feel of them, how they were originally a solid rod piece. I love to spin & watch them dance differently every time. Challenging at some times, frustrating at other times but when you get that perfect spin for ages, satisfying.
Replaces wanting to use phone all the time. I have no TV so besides books, this is a satisfying past time. Great for dexterity of the fingers. Big thumbs up from me!!

Foreverspin probably offer the most comprehensive and appealing collection of tops in this market. You only have to own a handful to realize that they are not only different in color and shine. Every top has its own personality. They sound differently when they spin, they dance differently on the base and they react differently to the way you start them spinning, depending on the weight and maybe also depending on the way the metal interacts with the base. You are surprised every time you spin a top, the behaviour is different every time. Very motivating for spinning most of the tops every day.

Due to a few unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances I had to work some things out with customer service. Communication with Viktor was prompt, friendly, efficient, and as a customer I felt heard. The packaging is minimalist and modern which I love as well, and I know my husband will love his anniversary gift. These are great gifts. I will definitely be back!

I was very pleased with my purchase and totally delighted by the after-sales service! The tops and bases are extremely high quality so when I spotted a small flaw I was listened to and Viktor took action immediately. The item was replaced fast and I received an additional two gifts in addition to the replaced item and a limited edition top. This was amazing and I will buy from Forever spin.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with ForeverSpin. I was gifted a top for Valentine's day and immediately fell in love with it. So much in fact that I immediately ordered another one. Upon receiving my second top, I noticed it wasn't spinning as well and seemed to "skip" a bit. I emailed customer service and was greeted with nothing but kindness from the owner himself. He graciously accepted the top back and expressed shipped me a replacement with no questions asked.
