Absolutely fabulous products. I currently have 12 tops and will complete the collection when I can afford to. These are not just superior quality spinning tops; they are works of art. Every top is different but beautiful. I get hours of mindful engrossing fun with every one of them. If you have several, spin them all together and watch them “dance”.
Their customer service is incredible. I recently contacted them about a small issue. Viktor dealt with me personally and couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful.
Get one (or all of them!), you won’t regret it.

I received my latest order from ForeverSpin, and as a collector, was truly impressed by the quality and the actual weight of the product. Improved packaging for shipping was also a plus as it was much easier to open than the plastic wrap used earlier. The new tops. including the new numbered Sapphire are beautifully crafted and again, will adorn my collection as a legacy for years to come.

This was a last minute buy for my Holiday with my Father. It didn't arrive in time because of the storm. Ruben and Viktor made sure that we were well taken care of. I have NEVER had this kind of customer service perfectionism before in all of my life. Plus there was an awesome $ clip that I'm definitely going to use on my next vacation! Very Classy and Honorable Company...

In my opinion, a company’s customer service quality is best judged when they react to an error on their part. I ordered my daughter a top and spinning base for the holidays. She received the spinning base and a stand for the top instead of the top itself.

I reached out to Forever Spin via email on Christmas Day about the error. Less than 40 minutes later I had a reply from Viktor with an apology and and assurances that they would quickly rectify the error.

I’m less than 24 hours they arranged for the correct top to be shipped directory to my daughter’s address (original items sent to my home), gave me a $45 dollar gift card and indicated that the Tungsten Top Stand that was sent by mistake was a gift to her for the inconvenience.

I was simply expecting them to ship her the Tungsten Top and a return shipping label for the Stand to be sent back to them.

Viktor could not have been more responsive or proactive in fixing their error. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and efficiency!

If you should order any of their beautiful and unique products, fear not if something is incorrect when it arrives. They will make it right and then go farther to make sure you’re satisfied!

We've purchased multiple tops over the years and each one has been unique and special! The craftsmanship is precise and elegant, and the customer service has always been dependable. The mystery tops are a happy surprise!

I cannot speak highly enough about this company & their beautiful product. This will be the 3rd top I have ordered as a gift for my husband. This time I made the mistake of over ordering, 2 instead of 1. I contacted ForeverSpin by email immediately & went to bed. In the morning there was the email to say issue taken care of. That is just the best & so appreciated. It was my mistake & I was prepared I would have to pay.
These tops are magical & superbly crafted. They sit on our dining table & are constantly a source of delight ( & competitiveness) for all ages.

We ordered a Spinning Base and Mini Metal Museum last Monday ( 12/12/22) and they were delivered this morning (15/12/22). Amazing service considering they came from Canada.

The tops themselves are amazing; perfectly engineered and a truly unique gift. Very pleased indeed and would highly recommend.

One minor warning, the day before delivery we received an email from DHL advising there was a customs charge of £47.81. It's not that unusual when buying goods from abroad and we paid it immediately so it did not impact delivery (obviously). Just be prepared should you be hit with similar.

Product looks amazing & the spinning top is cool but do not buy the spinning base.
After a few uses the spinning base is covered scratches, I know its glass but is it started to be "long lasting" but does not state "apart from scratches". You would expect the company to use an anti-scratch material (gorilla glass) but they do not. Atheistically the base is great to use as a stand and good for spinning on but as soon as you use it it will scratch up within a few minutes.
For a pricy product I was expecting a longer period of use before imperfections came up if not at all.

Customer care was good and they was helpful in resolving the issue.

I think I have just about every top that they have ever made, I even have one that I can't find any more on their website. Occasionally I get a nice, seemingly personal, note from Vicktor, which I respond to and he responds back. I just truly feel like a valued customer and I am excited to hear about the ability to use these as tastefully branded corporate gifts. Many people have used this word to describe Foreverspin; Classy, and it really fits. They do a great job and stand behind their product with pride and courtesy.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing. Their website is beautiful and as expertly crafted as the product I received.

The tops are amazing, and I can't sing enough praises about the attention to detail and craftsmanship that goes into each of their products. These tops are clearly crafted by people who enjoy what they do, and it shows from the surface finishes to the boxes each top arrives in.

There was a slight issue with shipping (to the fault of USPS), but it was cleared up swiftly. I mention this issue only because I want to show how much their customer support team cares and their willingness to stand by their products. I placed an order, which was shipped out shortly after. Unfortunately, USPS lost the package while in transit, so I reached out to ForeverSpin and was immediately helped by Viktor. In just a short amount of time they went above and beyond expectations and got a replacement order ready for me with express shipping, at no cost to me.

After my experience with ForeverSpin, they have earned my business as a customer for life.

I love all the Forverspin products. Each piece is a beautiful work of art made with incredible precision. No need here for details but I had a small issue and needed some customer support. They really went all out to insure my complete satisfaction. I will definitely be adding to my collection in the future.

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
Viktor was my "customer service representative" and I use this term lightly.
I don't care if their trinkets are the best trinkets in the world. As a customer spending hard earned money I will not be treated this way.
I tried in good faith to contact the company via phone but could only leave a message.
When I did hear from them via email and related my legitimate issue with the order I had just received they refused to resolve it.
I then said I wanted to return the order and Viktor told me that my order was a contractual agreement between the company and me and that they would not refund my money. A contractual agreement? This was an online retail transaction! And the customer is always right!
Anyways, I hope this review gives whoever reads this a little insight. You can choose to do business with this company or not. Your choice, but for me. Never again.

I was sent all of the packaging for the top, but nowhere inside of it was a top. Just an empty box. I have contacted them multiple times through email and phone, but have never gotten a hold of anyone and nobody has tried to get back in contact with me.

*EDIT* The merchant finally contacted me back and agreed to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I appreciated their help and willingness to assist me in resolving the matter.

I ended up purchasing the stainless steel top and base. I'm completely blown away by this company's product. The overall aesthetic and attention to detail in the packaging, as well as the quality of the top and base itself made my day. The included clip, real (not printed as far as I could tell) signature, card showing the material composition of the top, etc., are all such great little details that made the unboxing experience one of the best I've had in a while. The company's dedication to quality and attention to detail is more than evident.

It has been a pleasure to deal with ForeverSpin in every way. First of all, the tops are a delight. They are a perfect gift and so much fun to play with and learn to master. The metals are gorgeous.
