Michael gave me an incredible experience! I called in a couple weeks ago as I was wanting to get the Full Collection. He was able to pull up our conversation and was able to fulfill his promises. I can't speak highly enough for this company and for its products! I inquired about an outstanding order and received a comprehensive and thoughtful response within seven minutes earlier today! Wow what a turnaround - 1 star to 5
I believe in redemption and Forever Spin has restored my confidence in their product and company. Had some issues with a delayed order, some tetchy (on both parts) email exchanges but the bottle neck which caused the delay was eased and the top arrived. It is brilliant and my husband is delighted.
I contacted Forever Spin to feedback that the top had arrived and we were delighted. The email I received was brilliant and greatly appreciated. We will be back as I think my husband is a little obsessed !

Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback - you have reached our team during a global pandemic and in the midst of a global promotion serving tens of thousands of customers; we are working hard to reply to all inquiries, though there may be delay in communication which is entirely normal at this time of year. Twitter is entirely unmonitored since it is not a customer support channel and not advertised as a medium for such so you should not expect reply there. How about some patience? Requests are answered in the order that they're received and no one is "ignoring you". Lack of auto-response feature does not mean that your message hasn't been received and that no one is expected to get back to you. Patience would be appreciated at the busiest time of year.
Your order was shipped to you on the 28th with tracking information sent the very same day. You are able to track your package as it makes its way to you given the tracking information provided. Your package is certainly not in the US but has been routed through large distribution facility in Switzerland as is the case for many international shipments; it arrived there on the 9th and is now en route to the UK where it will be delivered locally by Royal Mail with the secondary tracking number you've already been given information about.
Being that this is an international import, there may be a customs charge assessed, though this is entirely at the discretion of UK customs and while it doesn't happen for majority of shipments, it's entirely normal to pay customs fees when receiving something from overseas.
Our team has since replied to you and your order should be delivered soon, though you can be proactive and check on your tracking information locally with Royal Mail to track and trace delivery.

The blue top has been added to your order as the order did qualify for the promotion and the shipment is getting prepared for dispatch with first available shipping batch as per any reasonable expectation.
It is unrealistic to demand a reply by end of day during a promotion serving tens of thousands of customers in over 140 different countries. If you ordered as you ordered, the terms of your order will be met.

Two separate gifts, but only one extras pack.
I decided to buy 2 identical steel tops as Christmas gifts, for 2 different people. The tops arrived very quickly and they look good ( although I was disappointed in the size but that's my bad for not reading the specs).
My only peev is that there is only one cleaning cloth and one booklet about the tops, so now I'm faced with the option of not giving the cleaning cloth to either recipient or giving it just to one. For the money, I would of expected to get the same extras with each top or at least have had the option to signal that the identical tops were 2 separate gifts so one extras pack would not be enough.

As with most companies, all shipments include a single set of packaging unless specifically requested otherwise. Without outreach from our customers, we can't be sure of their intent and wouldn't add extra packaging by default - many customers that order 5 of the same spinning top, for example, distribute the tops within their own packaging or gift basket and wouldn't require the other packaging. Many individuals purchase multiple tops for themselves(one for their office and one for their home) as might be interpreted with your order.
We are able to ship additional packaging for you though for international shipments(Australia), it would require either a small, discounted shipping fee or a subsequent order to which we could add to.
Shipping in this way is entirely commonplace and there shouldn't be expectation of items being gift-packaged or prepared in a way for gifting unless specifically requested. This is true of anything you order from any store and even via Amazon, shipments are consolidated as one unless specifically requested others.

I have been collecting the ForeverSpin tops, well forever! Every time a new metal is announced I just can’t wait to order, along with the stands and bases and have never been disappointed! They are works of art, each one unique, and I have spent countless hours spinning them while on the computer or deep in thought. Their customer service is top notch, only one problem with an order several years ago and it was handled immediately. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

Ordered from France, the package took about 2 weeks to be delivered to me - it got stuck at some point in my local post office which I suspect was due to the covid situation. Not a big deal though I received it in a great shape, well packed and it feels like a fantastic gift.

This is just a fantastic product and a wonderful company. Their customer service is outstanding and personal – really great, helpful people. And the quality of the product is outstanding – I started out with one top, then two, then three... Awful customer & international delivery…
Awful customer & international delivery service. Made an order (#FSCOM169164) on the 11th of Septembe with international delivery to Russia. On the 20th of October nothing arrived. Tried to get the status of the delivery several times. At first manager (Viktor) stated that it might take up to 25 business daus. After 25 days actually told that they have sent smth and it’s not their problem or obligation if I receive the order at all.

Customer is deliberately misrepresenting the current status of their shipment - the order FSCOM169164 was placed with delivery to Moscow using the free 5-25 business day delivery service. It was delivered to local Russian Post office on September 26th where it was available to collect though went uncollected.
The customer was recommended to reach out to local post office in Russia as it is likely that the shipment has already long-since been available though the refused to take recommendations. All shipments are insured and should a package not be delivered, it will be replaced free of charge by our team, though far fewer than 1% of all shipments don't reach their destination as addressed, including even though shipped to Russia.
I have reached out explaining the shipping process and how to follow-up on one's shipment, though they did order with basic delivery service and not any express option with a more stable delivery.
