I ordered a grey pair of leggings from this company and it never came. I emailed them asked if I could have my money refunded and it was never refunded.

Horrible Return Policy
Horrible Return Policy. I bought a dress a few months ago. I never wore it. The tags are still on and I have the receipt but because of their crappy 30 day return policy they would not let me return the dress and I couldn’t even get store credit or exchange it for something else. How can they treat customers this way? I can understand if I didn’t have a receipt and the tags were off but my goodness they don’t give a damn about their customers CLEARLY!!! Sometimes people buy things then after a while they might have gained or lost weight where they might need a bigger or smaller size but because of their stupid return policy you end up stuck with something you can’t wear…IM SO DONE WITH FOREVER 21!!!

Horrible. It took 6 days to put a pick up order together when pick up orders are supposed to be faster. Then had the nerve after making me wait all that’s time to cancel the one thing I actually needed. Customer service on the phone not the store, are very rude and nasty and never had a good enough answer. I will never ever shop at this store again. Funny part it was my first time, and it’s definitely my last. Also fix the site, don’t say things are available then make a person wait an entire week to say not available. That tells me you sold my order in the store which is also not right when I technically bought it first and paid for it first. NEVER AGAIN! And I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never give money to this horrible business!
Bought a dress online
Bought a dress online. The checkout added higher price and shipping fee. I purchased the dress anyway. The dress didn’t work for my purpose so I started a return. The price appearing in the return was about half of the price I paid for the dress 2 weeks earlier and I would have to pay $5.99 to return the dress by mail. I decided to give the dress to Goodwill instead of getting my $5.20 refund. Their online app and website is messy.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered some shoes and dresses from Forever 21, and just a couple days later I was informed the whole order was canceled without ANY explanation whatsoever. What’s worse was the fact that the order was purchased when there was a discount. If I was to reorder the same items, there would be NO discount. Horrible customer service.

Everyone should be careful of this place. I was at the store located at 3510 palisades center Drive in nyack NY and had a bad experience. I was buying a shirt that was on sale on line for 30% off but was sold out in size small online. Thankfully i found a size small in the store on a rack with plenty of the same shirt saying 19.99. When i got to the register they wanted me to pay 29.99 and would not honor the online price. The manager, Jay, claimed that since small was sold out online he could not give me the 30 % off for the same shirt at the store, lol. But if i got a medium or large then i could get the 30% off. When i called customer service they proceeded to tell me that if i read their policy online it clearly says that they do not price match. Who is reading thru store policy before going shopping at a store? Ridiculous! The store is sketchy. Wont be back. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered a denim mini skirt! I received a skort instead! When I called customer service to report that the item that I received wasn't as described as on the website! The customer service representative, tried to make me pay for a return label for $6, after they screwed up the description of the item on their website! My money should have been returned to me..or they should have just sent me another item! I'm done with them..I usually order from Shein or Fashion Nova..or Amazon because they automatically refund your money for their mistakes!!

Stattdessen bekomme ich ständig Spam emails mit der Rede, dass ich das Produkt ja gerne bewerten könnte. Auf meinem Profil auf der Forever 21 Webseite kann ich die Bestellung nicht einmal aufrufen. I ordered a sweatshirt and was sent the same wrong sweatshirt twice. I asked for a discount and return free label for the second order and return, which I did receive. However, when I received my refund they charged me for the shipping on both returns. This was a mistake on your end both times, not mine!!! What a fraud!!! I called back to explain it and was told that a request form had to be submitted for the refund on the shipping and that it would take 2 days and of course no refund for the shipping on both of the returns. I would give them a 0 rating, but it’s not allowed!!! Just WOW and not in a good way!!! Also, in my verified emails from Forever 21 that were sent to me regarding the returns it showed a picture of the incorrect sweatshirt being returned twice from me. And an estimated refund of $22.00 for each return and received all together around $25.00 for the both of them. Why be deceiving and send two free shipping return labels when you end up charging me for it in the two refunds??? Just disgusting and dishonest!!!
Do not purchase with your item shipping…
Do not purchase with your item shipping to you/store and expect an honest ship date. I received an email saying my order shipped to store Jan 11..estimated delivery Jan 17th. I don't get any updates by Jan 24th so I contact support and they say it didn't even ship until Jan 16th. Why would a company send a false ship date? I've never encountered this from a business. Lying to customers is not a good look and when confronted with it having support act like it's your problem isn't either.

Twice have I returned my order by mail and they refused to refund me even if my proof of return and my second time is now worth over $200 of items.
**Shipping Scam** Charged for Canceled Item
I purchased some items on black Friday for some of my daughters Christmas presents. It was a total of 4 items. When I checked my order the next day, it was sitting in my shopping cart. Thought that was weird and resubmitted my order. When I received my order, only 3 items shipped. Checked my email and 1 item was canceled for being out of stock. Checked my Amazon Pay and my bank statement, the full amount was withdrawn. I also saw on Amazon Pay that this charge was placed 3 times and canceled and on the 4th attempt went through. The first time I talked to CS, they apologized and said that the refund could take up to 3 weeks. The second time I chatted with CS, they apologized and said that the refund is in process. The third time I chatted with CS, they told me to check with my bank about the charge and that they only charged for the 3 items. The original charge was $82.24 and they swear up and down that they only charged me $55.20. Customer service would not give me a fax or email so I can show them my proof of the over charge. This is a lot of hassle to go through for $27. But the point is that they initially charged for an item they knew they didn't have and now are refusing to reimburse for their error. $27, 1 month of waiting, roughly about 2 hours of phone and chat time, a lot of gas lighting. They were not interested in seeing my Amazon Pay invoice or my bank statements. I'm tired of this $27.04 fight, just never shopping there again.

I am a very loyal customer at forever 21 online and in stores. However I recently made an order and my package was not delivered and I called customer service and they told me that I have to wait 2 weeks for it to be investigated. Money don't grow on trees I don't think I will order again. If I can't find it in stores I try another store. I need my money back!!!!

As mentioned in an article on PIRG, Forever21 is fast fashion which means you should know what you're paying for and the durability of the products.
Pros: Shipping is great and I've never had a problem.
Their sizes are relatively the same. So, like, a medium sweater can also be compared to the size of a medium dress they sell.
Tips: Always use honey (chrome extension) to make sure the things you like are on sale. Most of the time, Honey offers cashback on many of the items you're looking at.
Cons: Great pictures for subpar material. We should all know what we are getting into when we shop here though.
Plus, in my opinion, a lot of things they sell are made with very thin material I've noticed.

So when I went to Forever 21 I found a jacket I like it was a Large I tried it on FIT PERFECT with a little more room to have☺ Thankyou for making this customer ☺☺person. I like how I was treated in the store the employees helped me with what I was getting. I will be coning back real soon💖
